This story is about a new employee named Hitoshi Kai, who works at a mid-sized talent agency. In his third year, he is assigned to manage an idol group. However, the group consists of problematic members who often act out due to their mental health issues, leading to several scandals.

Despite these challenges, Hitoshi believes in them and somehow manages to guide them to become popular idols. However, as they grow more attached to him, they develop intense, yandere-like feelings towards him.

One of them might say, “You like me, right? You’re a fan, right? Then let’s start dating! I’ve already found a new place for us to live!”

Another might threaten, “If you don’t go out with me… I’ll drink and cause a scene!”

And yet another might hand him a marriage certificate, saying, “Here’s the marriage registration. All you have to do is stamp it, Manager.”

Despite their obsessive love, Hitoshi continues to take care of them every day.
