I felt like the title / summary didn't really play much into the story. FL's myopia / vision issues didn't feel impactful either. I think it would've made the story more interesting if it did.
wronglyconfessed. To be honest, it was so short that initially I was surprised how fast paced the story is despite the serious tone. Somehow it still made me hook up until the end. I love that no one is bad guy here. The OG!Hero almost became one from trying to be MC's lover but thankfully he snap back to reality. I would say, I didn't like the wrap up with MC's family. ... more>>we go through her conflicting thoughts and feelings being given unlimited money to spend by the og zxy's family, being not used to it bc she mostly rely on her self to survive in her own world. at the same time, a relief that she don't have to go through those hard times anymore. but bc she was so used to being independent, she always felt like she was a thief, like she was taking advantage of something that's not hers. she's also the type of person who keeps all her emotions bottled up until she exploded. I think the turning point of it all was when she confronted her brother in the hospital when she was temporary blind, and that's also the time she's able to break free the shackles of the og zxy's burden and pushing her off to do something she doesn't want. ik her family's intention is well; for her to just live a carefree life as a rich young lady. but their actions, esp her brother's harsh words, isn't justifiable, when all she want was different from what they want her to be. just like she said, "family meant well, but if their "well- meaning" became a souce of pain, was it really for her good?" I'm glad at the end they let her be, realizing she's now all grown up and can finally handle herself.

MLthe first meeting with the FL, he didn't rudely rejected or embarassed her. he knows when to sternly draw his boundaries bc he thought that time that the FL like him, not wanting to give her expectations. but at the same time, he's still able to shown kindness to the FL when she injured herself all the way to taking her home, without crossing that romantic line. and so, the FL learned how to be kind like him.
another scene that solidified this impression was when their car broke down and it was raining, the driver was fixing the car. typically, in this situation, most domineering ML wouldn't even care towards their employees, but the ML stood under the rain, holding an umbrella for the driver, not even caring even if he himself gets wet from the rain.
you'll see his kindess consistently throughout the novel, through how he treats his brother and stepmom, never blaming them bc they happened (his dad met and married the stepmom overseas) only 1 month after his mother's death. he sensibly know that the fault was solely on his father, never projecting it to others.
"you don't need to be the person they want you to be. just be yourself. if they don't like you, it's their problem. as long as you like yourself, it's fine."

OG MLthe FL confronted him abt their relationship and wanting him to stop his ambiguous actions towards her. if you ask me if the og ML likes the FL? the answer is no. just like how FL sees it, he was just possessive towards her bc he's used to her always following his likes and dislikes so when she changed, he didn't how to handle it. he was scared of losing her, add to the fact that he was also slowly losing his friends when he became an actor. he sees the FL as his constant, his forever no. 1 fan, and the changes made him afraid of losing her. that's why he's desperate to hold onto it, even wanting a romantic relationship even he never felt that way, bc he thinks that's the only way to keep her. glad at the end he realizes his feelings and didn't blackened to cause trouble for ML and FL's rs. he finally realizes that what they have isn't a romantic rs but more of a familial love, that this kind of affection can last longer than any romantic love. maybe it's also bc he truly respects his brother, he knows what his brother have done to pave the way for his acting career, and have a good rs with him. and towards the end, he knows that his brother will always be good to him and his rs with the FL will never change, that she'll always be supportive of him. and so, the only problem for him this time is who will he side with and support when the two of them have conflicts lmao.
the ML secretly take cares of his brother (og ML) and hide his good deeds. he made a secret account and followed the og ML's dump account where he pours his grieviances, helping him ease his grieviances by secretly sending him to an academy for acting. even going so far as creating an entertainment subsidiary just so his brother can continue his dream and at the same time his mother will be assured of his safety in the showbiz.

there's just one that was never given a proper resolution even towards the endswhat happened to the og zxy after the FL fulfilled her wishes? the system made her see the og zxy in a coma and isn't dead bc the FL paused before she died but even after fulfilling all the og zxy's wishes, she was never mentioned again nor was she given a resolution.
