MC is too negative and just kept on whining about how misserable they are. And although they are seemingly aware of how lazy and incompetent they are, this is just more vice due to how it was set up.

Novel from the get go is just shallow, I got the sense of it abusing the "pitiful" tag to make the MC seem like something. But said MC was not even trying, not for their sake nor for others, just simply waiting for others to help them whilst they just stay being spoiled rotten pretty much.

The MC was pretty much forced to be "pitiful" for added flare.

I would have loved to give this a 5 star review, I sincerely would have loved to. Unfortunately, it apparently didn't do as well as the author wanted, and they ended up rushing the ending. The end result is bittersweet and anticlimactic.

I loved this story leading up to its last 10 chapters, back when the pacing was not actively speedrunning to an ending. Our MC is lovely, her interactions with the people around her are great, and I would have loved to see her take part in clearing the dungeon's... more>> floors when she caught up to the frontline. It would have been great seeing the snowball effect of her dolls eventually growing stronger and more numerous, and then even having a period of the story where this smol child is seen as a genuinely impressive force with a large role in dungeon progression. All of these things are things I thought would have been done, and done well with the author's writing ability as well.

I really wanted to express it somewhere that I think that the vast majority of this story is a lovely fantasy-themed slice-of-life where a nervous little girl meets people willing to be patient and shower her with affection. My genuine only complaint about this entire novel is that there isn't more of it to read.

If you want to read a sweet story about a shut-in being brought out of her shell in a fantasy setting and don't mind it getting cut off early, I wholeheartedly recommend this one.
