The final real world arc ends with the MC telling ML, sure let’s give it a try. Then they go on a walk? The end! This leads directly into the seemingly canon extra where the MC wakes up as a cat. ML takes him to a restaurant/mall to flaunt where the MC suddenly turns human. The nearby surveillance catches his sudden celebrity appearance and... turns on the livestream as he snuggles in MLs arms? Yay finally their relationship is public! I guess?

The next extra is a mermaid world which seems interesting, but the MTL for it is really bad. ML is some kind of fish which gets translated as ‘River’. I think it’s a squid or an octopus though based on the reactions.

The final extra is good but way too short to make a satisfying conclusion. Not to mention that the story raised a major plot plot point (male impotence) and then proceeded to brush over it completely. It’s likely that it’s not only the readers who aren’t satisfied ohhhhhh. Of course, the worst part of that plot point is that it undermines the whole empowered Omegaverse route that had been instigated by the MC’s “willpower can overcome Estrus” propaganda.
