Honestly there was enough story with just the human federation having pregnancy issues, double cultivation, MC learning human relationships etc with out the author trying to make this story deeper by adding in the later bits. I mean seriously, the higher civilization just left them alone for 1000s of years with such a radical human hating party? Then there is the Mecha driving thing and the lost baby, demonic cultivation. The story was already trying to be Mpreg, interstellar, cultivation, non human.

• First, ML choose the nourishing pills to become public because MC wanted to make Elder Teng his disciple and it was also the most common prescription. This won't lead to big changes and endless danger. When they discovered that nourishing pill have a good effect in fetus, many people thought if it will also have an effect on having a child.
• Then they choose the pregnancy pill to publicize.
• Next is the Qi Reflenishing pill to reflenishing the the body of those who deliver the child.

Probably people will disagree but there is just far too many side couples and it seems like everyone is getting pregnant. I can ignore the overpowered MC but this introduction of like 4 couples in the middle，I just don't care at all, it distracts from the plot. Also the pregnancy, the whole premise at the begining was that reproduction was rare, but then MC magically had 4 kids because he is a alien. This plot is interesting has tension. This doesn't last long at all though, and there are now several pregnant people including ML mum. That does not seem necessary at all and now the children will be older than their uncle/aunt. Like it's nice, but why?.

I feel like the plot would have been way better without the random introduction to these magical medicines of pregnancy, or at least have the MCs be smart and not give it to everyone all at once.

did the whole everyone pregnant plot so I'm a bit salty. Ngl I was really looking forward to the children and their birth but it was so abrupt and overshadowed (detachment of egg and hatching) by the dumb pill, and then the million rouya couples.

The protagonist is presented as a substitute bride of a race that is also small (1.60 meters of average height). When the family discover that he doesn't belong to that race, they enter into a moral and ethical conflict, because they don't know what race he is and they evaluate him according to the human standard of their society where the average height is 2 meters, but in reality the body of the protagonist is guided by the average height of his universe, which is 1.80 meters at most, hence the mistake that he is mistaken for a 12/14 year old child. But all this is resolved quickly.

Also, I don't know if MC returned to his young adult form or not but I didn't really like the overuse of his child form

it shifted to aliens in another planet and blah blah blah and honestly I was sooo confused. In the alien planet MC is considered underaged (?) 💀

the whole reason for going to the alien planet was because they kidnapped the mc's babys. (As in the eggs/ginseng seeds). I thought that the mc's master, the one that supposedly gave him spiritual dirt and turned him into a human, was gonna appear but he didn't : (
