So I've read this on syosetsu (nocturne, of course) up to close to the latest chapter. How do I put it... there's a story there, but don't expect it to move fast. In fact, you might forget that a character is significant to the plot because she gets introduced, there are about a dozen new girls the protagonist preys upon, and then oh yeah, he also preys on the major girl in the same way. The story itself is actually decent for what it's worth - an excuse for him... more>> to go and enjoy all the R18 content with all kinds of women from mature (~30s-40s) down to lolis (iirc early middle school). In fact, the way the story unfolds is actually pretty interesting (for a p*rn novel!).

So I rate 2 stars not for the story, but for how messy the s*x is written. Seriously, each girl says exactly the same things in the same ways during their scenes, so despite the variety of settings and "heroines" it gets repetitive as soon as he brings out his disciplinary rod. The frequent shifts in POV without warning also give a lot of difficulty to the reader. There's only one thing that should be hard while reading a s*x scene, and it shouldn't be figuring out who's thinking what. <<less

If you are looking for s*x, not story, then this IS for you. Do take note that the s*x scenes are pretty long. Long can be fun, but it’s long to the point where I find it draggy.

Actually there is a story. Go read the description, there’s the story. Pretty much all of it.

And do take note, it’s NOT a succubus (female) but an incubus (male) that made a contract with the guy.

Translated by machine and since the Japanese word isn’t gender specific (unlike English in this case) it ended up like that. No idea why the translator didn’t bother changing it.

And since it’s machine translation, the flow of English is quite bad, if I lower by standards. With my normal standards, then I would say the English is very very bad.

I’ve read quite a lot of mtl novels, but this one is kinda... meh. I’m not complaining about the person using mtl. That person is doing a fantastic job. But the author is... ugh.

The author changes pov (point of view) multiple times. Frm chp 9 onwards, the translator added the pov change notice eg. (Girl’s POV).

BUT, the author occasionally changes the pov while in a pov change...

Meaning, in the middle of the girl’s pov the author inserts something that only the guy’s pov will see/perceive and then reverts back to the girl’s pov. That’s pretty irritating for me (adding in the mtl’s bad English). It might possibly be alright in Japanese. But as it is now, really tiring.

I’ve actually revert to scanning (my idea of speed reading. some people call it skimming thru) most of the s*x scenes and not taking my time reading it. I want to rush thru the bad English portions.

I’ve actually read 18+ type of s*x stories in the past (written in English by authors that actually know/speak English). And I actually do enjoy reading those. So either the mtl is really bad or the author really suck at writing s*x scenes, I don’t really enjoy at all. I’m starting to actually find the s*x scenes a chore to read thru.

(For now, I’ll just blame the mtl, mostly anyway. I try my best not to blame any human, after all, no one’s perfect.)

For now, it’s still somewhat interesting for me. I'll read it when I'm bored and nothing else to read.

So I’ll still continue to read/scan thru it and see how it goes. Hopefully the author improves, otherwise I’ll chuck it. <<less

Here is this novel problems :

1. Characters : After setup in 1st vol the MC turn into passive magical dildo. Even in vol 2 the story not told from MC perspective and all new girl just magically want to f*ck MC, there no challenge or effort.

2. Girls : Author did pretty minimal description of physical looks. At best only cute girl with pony tail and sun tan. As smut novel, how readers recognizing the girl with that vague descriptions.

3. Plot : what plot ? Even as meet n fak story... more>> this novel is failed, no challenge, effort, thrill and struggle.

4. Translation : just 1 level above google, only headache.

Story with s*um serial rapist is better because r*pe is need an effort. <<less

I finished reading the raws wayback 2017, at first, the story is interesting, especially the way the MC took an action to steal or get his victim, and I really enjoy reading this at that time because the s*x scene is hot, the plot is descent, however, as I read the latest chapters at that time, I felt the story is more depressing, it became way too dark, it totally became a cheating/netorare/debauchery story. It's so sad and I think if you read the future chapters, it will be depressing.... more>> Anyway, that's good for the storg since it revolved in s*x. Ratings will be 4 because of hot s*x scene. <<less
