First things first: it's a League of Legends story. I would really recommend having some understanding of LoL before reading because the novel doesn't bother explaining much and the translator sometimes even gets the names of champions wrong, so you have to infer who's getting played based on their in-story descriptions.

Aside from that though, I think it's a pretty good story. The MC isn't super arrogant or overbearing, and plays with her team well. She doesn't look down on her objectively worse teammates and even helps them adjust their mentality... more>> and improve at the game. I'm only on Chapter 52 but it's looking good so far.

I'm so so glad that the author didn't make the MC win her first ever international event with a rookie squad. That would've been way too absurd. Even better, they made her doubt herself. Actually doubt herself! The MC is in a slump and underperforming! She's definitely going to bounce back in time for Worlds, but just the existence of the slump is amazing.
