I have read this novel until chapter 113, and it can be summed up as MC misunderstands and runs and falls in trouble, ML chases and rescues.

Spoiler

Yuwon (MC/Omega) keeps running away countless times, falls in trouble, and is obviously chased and saved by Taebom (ML/Alpha).

Also he has not actually transmigrated, just lost his past memories with the ML. Each time he runs away and faces a new traumatic situation, his past trauma and history gets revealed. Honestly, I feel like Taebom or the ML suffered the most. Like ok he's not pregnant, but dude was facing the prospect of falling in love with the child of his mother's killers, having that lover get kidnapped and lose memories of their time together, starting a new life with that lover with amnesia and said lover's preconceived notions of him being a possessive Alpha in a book, having to go after MC each and every time he runs away to rescue, getting traumatised seeing MC hurt and getting hurt while saving him. Like bro can't catch a break.

I am not hating on Yuwon. The problem is that his personality is characterised by him always running away and getting his damsel in distress moments. It's understandable somewhat I guess when you're facing intense PTSD and are guilt-ridden from your dead parents' actions, but my man ran away from the beginning based off of a simple misunderstanding of the 'female lead' talking to ML in the hospital. He didn't even wait a few minutes to talk and reveal to the ML that he's pregnant after all his mental gymnastics of staying with the ML.

The villain is that school bully who had a crush on MC in school, who kidnapped him and made him watch the news of his parents bad driving killing themselves and ML's mom, and when he's apprehended and sent to prison by ML, he comes back after being released and holds him hostage again. ML saved him, gets shot, while MC says shoot me not my stomach or whatever.

I don't know y'all 😭, a lot of the dangerous situations MC put himself into could've been avoided if he just stayed put, or communicated. Or just maybe took guards which ML provided for security every. Single. Time. He's like a slippery toad who's always trying to get away. Like I wonder how someone like that can be a mature enough parent when they can't even communicate comfortably with their partner, or just learn from past mistakes to JUST STAY PUT. Did I mention he can't stay in a place long enough to grow a single ROOT.

You know what I'll make a counter of how many times he's run off:

1 - After sleeping the night with ML

2 - From the institution, my memory evades me why

3 - Pregnancy discovery, and upon seeing Yoon Seolah (not really the FL cuz this was not some ABO book) talking with the ML

4 - He gets found out, and aided with food, money and hotel stays when he's 'running away' from the ML, but manages to run away AGAIN from the guard's supervision and find himself in real trouble

5 - He has some flashbacks of his past triggered by this traumatic incident where he ran, and goes to his old gym or something

6 - My memory is freezing and hazy again because I couldn't track Mr Bolt here anymore, so I'm not sure if he runs to his school. But damn, the author somehow got him trapped in the school's lift triggering his final memory of the past

7 - He was planning on running away again, since he got his entire memory back. But he was scared of taking care of his kid alone. Or like maybe he was feeling suicidal, the monologue was just too long for me to process. Like I was trying to feel sorry for him, but ended up reading for the sake of reading and trying to finish the story. Anyhoo bro was taken hostage by the villain in the greenhouse here as he asked his guards to stand out and not come in (Why are we not surprised anymore by his penchance of having no survival skilks after all those life scares)

I ended up feeling a whole lot bad for the ML cuz idk if the dude was able to comfortably process his own emotions while playing this Police Thief adventure chasing game with the MC.

Hi there,

despite the heavy atmosphere the novel is quite fluffy. The gangster ML does have possessive thoughts toward our MC, but so far he's holding himself back for the sake of their relationship. Our MC is a bit fearless or perhaps naive, nonetheless I like how he sees the mls kind side rather than the scary one. (Though that's precisely what makes him naive.)

I hope there'll soon be a pregnancy reveal!

Nontheless I won't write much more as I look foreward to the story's development and the appearance of the original fl.

The MC and ML are both genuinely shallowly written, not fleshed out at all. The twist is meant to be
Spoiler

that MC isn't actually a transmigrator, but suffered from amnesia and also applied plots he read in novels onto his own life instead

[collapse]
but actually the twist makes it even worse because it extremely does not explain how shallow the emotions of the characters are.
