What I want to say is they don't deserve each other at all, the combination of two is really not suited and easy to fall apart, if not bc of that blood oath I'm pretty sure they would someday tired of each other.

Just imagine, a man who does everything by himself, doesn't explain his action and take it for granted that his lover will understand and not be aggrieved by his silence, with a woman who is a typical people pleaser but suspicious in nature also stubborn and never reveal her true mind.

They somehow manage to compromise by blood oath and got some reassurance so they only arguing once.

Without that blood oath, how long do you think they last before it worns out after countless argument and fight with different mind frequency of theirs?

Also, ML is pretty excusable on how he comes to like her but for MC, nah, admit it everyone. She doesn't like ML at all, it just some kind of dependency bc of lack of love and she mistakes it as love which then turns into love for real (or they said).

After that those lovey-dovey act is just.... hmm no comment.

But again, I understand that author didn't deepen the romance much just a little accessory to resolve some crisis MC may encounter.

But I feel bad, she just collapsed like the whole world collapsed together with her when she was schemed against by that master I forgot his name instead when she was kidnapped in her childhood, like her mentality is getting more fragile instead of getting stronger. It is bad omen, as if saying HEY I'M SCARED MY CLOSEST PEOPLE WILL ABANDON ME which miraculously cured only by few words of her lover. If it could be solved that easily a thing name inferiority complex is long gone.

Okay, well, she has a few OP resources and run-ins. Not too OP but still pretty big. Also, I've quit Qidian. Its easier to just read this series on pirate congregate sites.

Only thing that disappointed me was the ending! I wanted more! I really hope there is a continuation of this after the ending! Or a sequel or something! I need more!

When she was a child she has no one to rely on, her mother is sick and seems useless, the only thing she can provide is love but, with this setting, she has to more mature than any other child if not how did she survive? However, later a individual cultivator appears and she chooses to chat with him??? Knowing she is alone and that she lacks general knowledge of the cultivation world, with this setting she should be hidden and not running after a lone man. This is just the beginning... When she has reached the 10th layer of Aura Refinning she reveals her secret to a cousin she hasn't seen over 10 years. I just find this things inconsistent and they keep piling making me not enjoy at all the feeling of a cultivation novel

first, her uncle, the the Win Xi guy and then Jiang guy and the the Quin guy again

Many people help her or show goodwill to her: her parents, the neighbours, her cousin, Brother Ye, her second uncle, her friends... but it's never enough against one villain who kidnap her during her youth...

Her cousin died because she didn't disguise herself when buying ingredients from a stolen recipe. She actually tries to kill the mu*derer but most of the part is because she herself is in danger.

Also she meets her cousin in a mortal/cultivator union. She sees that the cultivator doesn't treat her well and offer pill to him to show she's her backer okay. But shouldn't she also give her cousin a pill to keep her beauty until old age and health pills to make her body stronger?

Let's not talk of every little things but the world is at war.

First she promised her second uncle she will find the descendants of the Ye family and help revive the sect by giving few pointers and pills (not a hard request actually). But she never does, never thinks of bringing them to or confirms their safety...

Second she actually did little in this war, while members of the sect (some with the same level of cultivation) fight and die to slow down or stop the beasts, she transport injured monks, quickly leave her post to follow her senior sister, got an opportunity to find another strong backer and advance in cultivation (so she cultivate for days or months...) and come back the sect (war is still going on).

Then she got another mission to protect the Yu Family (should do better right?). She strengthen the formation (good so far) but when things turn bad her and three other disciples (with the strongest cultivation here mind you) decide to flee and save their lives (actually she did gave some power to the formation so that it could stay for half an hour haha), then she fight to flee (without protecting or helping others to escape so leaving them all to death), meet two stronger monsters and help (not voluntarily) by taking away one of them, got injured and then practice for two years and come back to see the world is devasted and war still going on.

She has the nerve to act all high and mighty with other cultivators who have been fighting for two years, asking if her "friends" are still alive (but not the Yu family after all she herself know they couldn't have survived). After staying for a while, capturing low level beasts for her pet (not to help in the war), bickering with other sects to show she's now a big shot, she goes back to the sect to cultivate. Ridiculous!
