The female lead is too, too weak and those males who are with her though she kept praising them as gentle and kind... etc, and that they unlike the modern men, they in fact not like how she keeps describing them. Especially Cortis the snake man.

I can't belive her, he literally r*ped her as she was refusing doing that and keeps begging him to stop, he even hurt her. But she just needed two days to forgive him as nothing did happen and as if he has all the right in what he did back then, don't mention that in thes two days he was sleeping and she forgiven him as soon as he woke up, so it just like she didn't even get in her so called "cold war".

I really wanted to keep reading as I want to see if she or any one of her males are going to change to the better, and if there would be more husbends for her, but I seems to be feed ups with them.

I don't know if I will someday pick it up again, but now I'm tired of the same thing happed again and again. She's too weak, can't say no to her two husapands, can't control any thing importient, and so submissive in a bad way in my opinion, though she thinks she is the head of the family.

Give it 2 stars because I liked the theme story. <<less

I was sceptical when I saw the name but the synopsis looked exactly like novel I had read (it's named beauty and the beasts)

After reading the reviews I knew that it was the same novel with different name, so I thought of leaving a review.

This was my first novel so my review maybe a bit biased (since I didn't have the concept of cliche or anything)

Tbh I started reading this novel from the middle (as it as adapted to manga I was reading the manga before but it... more>> stopped updating for a while and I saw someone saying that the novel version is completed so here I was)

It's a very long novel. There are r*pe scenes and the FL indeed seems weak but she's a normal human being after all, how do you expect some ordinary highschool girl who transmigrates in such a strange world to adapt so quickly. The very kind which many people may find s*upid but as I read it in manga it seemed another way.

But I personally still suggest that you should try the manga version, because seeing the faces of the characters.... They are really really really good looking. You know the saying good looking people gets forgiven easily 😁

as for people saying that she forgave curtis (the snake beast) easily after he r*ped her: in that world all male beast can only have one female companion in their whole life and when they have s*x a tattoo gets printed on female body (the farter the tattoo from heart the less affection she has for the male) the FL got the snake tattoo on her ankle, she almost drank the medicine to remove that tattoo but knowing that he'll never be able to have kids in the future (and may even die? I don't remember clearly since it's been years) she didn't drink it afterall and decided to stay with him since she was already his spouse. After being with him she wanted to leave the other beast who was a leopard but after some incidents she also became his spouse and she couldn't refuse it afterwards (it would have been hypocritical to have become their spouse and refuse afterwards)

Anyway but if someone asked to read it again I would never... Cuz it's really long but if it's the manga version then I'll happily read it again.

As for saying the the FL is completely useless it's very false. It bought civilization to the beast world in the later stage after she had completely adapted to beast world.

She had always refused accepting new spouse because as a modern women she believed in monogamy. So other people accusing her of treating other men badly when they did so much for her is really too much. It's similar to the situation where someone does very much for a girl while persuing her but the girl is troubled by the situation because she doesn't want to be in a relationship with him but everyone around you is forcing you to accept him and if she still refuses then she's hypocritical...I Bah! Seriously what's wrong with people. <<less

Fun read, it is very long but not hard to follow the story since it is very fast paced and every chapter there is something or someone dangerous

my only minus is how she always acts shy and like s*x is a chore even after years of marriage everytime they want to touch her she seems chocked why tho she spends her time repeating how she loves them and finds them attractive and then acts like she'd rather die than "be bullied" all night idk I can't understand this mentality in almost every chinese novel

AND WTF IS THE EXTRA STORY ABOUT THE BABY GIRL ITS SO SAD AND TRAGIC MY HEART DROPPED IN MY CHEST I cried so much after reading more than a thousand chapters about blue pool the merman and bai anan I still can't believe it ended like this I got nightmares about it <<less

I read all the way to the end sort of. The ending is so tr*sh. I ended up dropping it because it was so dumb!!!

Do not believe the title. They're constantly running away and the MC is extremely annoying. There are so many issues. After the whole possession thing I knew the author was bored of beast world. They made a farm but ended up running away and it was destroyed. Then they make steel and weapons in their new village. Most of the time, the MLs are the smart ones.

One thing about her men is that they are very s*x driven and force her when she doesn't want to if you know what I mean. This genre of literature is very... r*pey... Her choice of men are based on how obsessed they are and the fact that they're stronger than the other guys. I'm convinced that the author has some sick black room fantasy but unloads it on these silly characters.

On another note... What would you do if someone close to you tried to mu*der your husband you love? Marry them as well! I felt bad for the guy but everyone turns dumb when they meet the MC.

Also the author got lazy and didn't want to continue the beast world anymore so MC left and thought it was a dream. The fathers abandoned their children as well.

Not to mention that "beasts do this the moment they're able to" bs is kind of dumb. MC knows better but let's her triplets live in a filthy house alone for a couple of weeks. She also lost her daughter a few times bc she wandered out. Not to mentionnnnnn one of her sons bc she's incompetent. This causes him to be stunted emotionally and physically for a long time as a youth.

Their only daughter who is extremely beautiful?? The author goes into extremely uncomfortable depth about how beautiful this baby is. They end up leaving the baby to a man that is obsessed with her mother and that the baby is said to cause the downfall of the beast world. Like for a novel that bases it's foundation on forced jiggle jiggle... And the scary scorpions that make me cry... that baby is fudged...

Edit to add: We read this story to the end. Even if we didn't, the r*pe, gore, random plot additions and ab*se are sickening. I get people like ab*se stories but even the author gave up on it many times. Just look at how many times the MC gets r*ped into thinking she had to take responsibility and how totally idiotic she is when it comes to parenting. For gods sake her son tried to r*pe her too. If you can get through this story and call it good while realizing these things, you need help. The author has such sick views on women as well. The MC is a child and I'm assuming the other girls are too since it's a primitive world. MC is being manipulated for her naivety and stubbornness. Curtis is literally 100s of years old practically. And guys are attracted to her baby girl. Absolutely not.

I love the men on the female lead's harem, especially Curtis. They are written beautifully. I know some may find this story not up to par but I actually like it. It's not so heavy and I love reading her day-to-day life with her mates, it's kind of refreshing and cute. Yes, there are times where you question the FL's decisions but if you put yourself on her shoes maybe we'd be doing the same. Bottom line, it's a great read and a good book to pass the time.

A modern girl got transmigrated/isekai’d into a primitive fantasy world where everyone is an animal (tiger, leopard, fox, snake, ape, etc.). In this world, the ratio of male to female is something crazy like 1000:1, so, yes, this is a reverse harem novel.

The writing is a simple and easy to follow. Simple plot as well, so this is a good novel if you absolutely have nothing else to read or are just seeking to read something just for the common tropes. Headstrong female with a house full of hot males... more>> as her mates.

FL is bearable. She is headstrong, wanting to keep to her modern sensibilities (I.e. Personal space, cleanliness, monogamy) but she slowly learns that she’s not gonna be able to do that if she wants to adapts and survive in the new world. She’s annoying in how entitled she acts sometimes, but she’s got a good heart. She’s by no mean a shining example of feminism, but I didn’t pick up this novel expecting that, so it’s cool.

I MTL’d this novel longer than I thought I would just to see if she ever abandoned her modern sensibilities and started adopting the local customs. I.e. Polygamy. Now it’s just kinda boring, so I abandoned it.
