the betrayals didn't really make me angry -besides the og lifetime first one- so the revenge didn't really matter, the misunderstanding was somewhat blandly done, it didn't lead to something you couldn't take back so it just didn't awaken any sorrow, the inevitability of big events was well thought out but it wasn't crushing enough for the MC when she realized it.

There is a moment where it's mentioned that a priest told one of the Villains that there was a person in Zhou that was the lynch pin for everything. He informs this to the princess he took from Zhou, believing it to be her. It's basically a throw away scene and left for us readers to consider that it's the FL and not the woman he's talking to at the time. It'll never be brought up again.

He's devious and begins planning ways to get her to "force" him to take responsibility for her. Which she constantly chooses not to do as she wants him to marry her willingly. Makes it harder for him as he keeps fantasizing about her. Poor dude even has a wet dream after just seeing her without her outer clothing.

Get slight revenge on her SIL. In the future she saw, her SIL survived the death of their family and that SIL's sister also maneuvered her way into the prince's bed, so FL knew something wasn't right. Couple that with the current timeline's SIL and her sister plotting to have the SIL fall to miscarry FL's nephew/niece in order to get FL expelled from the family (the SIL already learned that she probably couldn't carry the baby to term and that she would most likely die as well if she tried). In the end, the entire SIL's family gets wrecked.

We get to see the ML from the previous timeline. It's made clear that he fell in love with her then too despite her being engaged to the prince he served. It is just one big extra story of depression which includes things like him constantly cleaning her gravestone (which he moved into one of his mansions), him receiving a note from her (which basically said if they're reborn again for him to make up his mind earlier), and him eventually just giving up on living (as he failed to make Zhou a better country and that he couldn't protect her).

FL saw ML once at 15 and then saw him again at 17 and after 1 year of intersections with ML she died at 18.

FL engaged with the 6th prince (ML was working with 6th prince and was good friend with him)

for POLITICAL REASONS only.

The FL Never Loved 6th prince/fiance and at most she became a friend with him and she didnt have any physical/s*xual relationship either (they weren married after all and she didn't loved him)

they eat together sometimes and gone few walks outside that its the engagement lasted few months and when it broken (because of political reasons again) FL wasn't sad at all and comforted the 6th prince as a friend (the 6th prince understood that FL didnt loved him and he was sad, he didnt love her either but he liked her a little and he was sad that the his fiance even though it a political engagement didnt loved him)

FL become close with ML during her engagement (the 3 of them spoke a lot during the engagement and eat dinner or gone for walks together) and she loved him but didn't say anything because of the situation.

btw the 6th prince at first saw FL as a political pawn then as a friend and at the end he liked her a little but he didnt loved her. (He believed that if they where marry their situation will change with the years)

The ML at first became friend with FL during the engagement and even helped the 6th prince to became friend with his fiance but during the engagement period the ML fell in love with FL but he didnt say anything to her either in the end he choose to leave the to town so he can stay away. ML never looked another girl.

But in the end the FL died after the ML left and he came back and take revenge for her and he take care of her tomb then he died in front of her tomb when the revenge was completed.

FL before she died left a letter for the ML which was saying "When I find you in the next life, you should make up your mind early."

ML before he died saw the letter one last time and said "Alright."

So basically in both life times the ML and FL only loved each other (physically and emotionally) personally I love this fact.

One last thing the FL doesn't have memories or emotions of the previous lifetime but only few dreams in which she is trapped in a bridge (her soul) and she hears other people talking about her or other important people or the political situation of the country. (Basically she have information about future events but from hearsay so she cant be sure if its true or false info)

So in the current life time emotionally is in the same age as physically not like other novels which the FL is emotionally much bigger than her age. So its understandable that she acts as a young girl/woman because she is a young woman.
