I have to say ML is just amazing. He's so patient and gentle. MC is a rude brat. He behaves in such a way that I wonder what ML sees in him. I did not enjoy the beginning of this novel. I started changing my mind after the pregnancy. MC is not for me, but clearly, he is all for ML. There is a bit of Daddy kink, just a smidge, towards the end.

MC was even jealous of his own child because he was afraid ML would spoil the baby more than him. He even told his baby while in the womb not to fight with him for ML or else he's throw baby away. He even dreamed of it. He's so spoiled! He's actually deathly afraid of losing ML's love and attention. He didn't do any of that and their bun was just fine, loved by both parents.

The extras were really nice, about ML's brother and his lover. I think I was confused as to the age of GCC. It seems to be 27? But it says someone he's in his late 30s. I think he's 27, turned 28, and his lover is 21. I enjoyed this short story - the main and the extras.

Also, I chose to read the censored version, but there was a link towards the end for the smut. I enjoyed the story enough that I did not read the smutty parts. I believe it was a link to an X post with further links, if you want to read them. <<less

If you prefer watching a relationship develop from the very beginning, skip this one. The writing feels very chaotic and not structured. A lot has already happened between the characters and they behave in ways that doesn't really get any sort of explanation so it just seem contradictory to me. It reads like there are parts missing because the author just switches scenes/dreams randomly and I have totally lost the timeline just 9 chapters in.

The translation is good, but it's really just not my cup of tea.

Recommended to read!!!

The way the author narrated the story was a bit confusing, because in the start of the book they were already divorced and the first marriage was told in flashbacks and in dreams. But after it gets better.

The MC felt very insecure in his relationship to the point he did not have any and was not willing to easily open up his shell to anyone. Actually, he should have communicated, I know it is his personality to keep things to himself, but no one can read someone's mind.... more>> The ML was so caring but he did not naively did everything in order to please the MC which was a plus point. He let the MC to know his value, to understand he loved him. It was smart actually without blindly pampering his partner.

The novel was dramatic, but was okay. It had a good plot and some smut as well which were not explicit but vague, to the point that if you do not imagine in your head, you will not know.

Good book and give this a try. <<less

I really love this story and have read it a few times. The first time I read the story, I actually didn't like it that much since I felt like MC was annoying and rude and kept victimized himself over the contract marriage.

The second time I read it, I actually kinda understood his mindset better and started to like his sharp mouth but soft heart personality.

ML and his brother have been my favorite characters since my first read. ML doted on MC and ML's brother doted on ML. It's just... more>> fluffy and sweet.

The third time I read it, I just found the bickering between MC and ML's brother funny.

They are just equally sharp-mouthed lol.

Finally a story where the disability isn't magically cured. Cute characters, especially the ML, I understand why the ML likes the MC it's because he's the only one who'd treat the ML normally and reply on ML to spoil him instead of pity and sympathy. Tbh tsundere part was done nice as well as you could understand the dilemma There was angst, but it was so fluffy too so it's simply perfect. Read this story of you want something different, but something fluffy as well.

I don't know why others doesn't like it, maybe it's not their cup of tea but for me, I really love this story. I keep on coming back and rereading it. It's a fluffy story. I love how the flow of story goes on. The flashback gives important to what's happening in the recent times.

PS: Those who commented they hate the omega due to her attitude towards the alpha as you know there are people who living like that, like they can't express their true feelings due to trauma. Their... more>> afraid to be judge again. Most of all he came from a broken family. <<less

Good concept overall but there was a lot that could've been polished to make it a worthwhile read. The non-linear storytelling felt too messy to feel natural and it was easy to lose track of when things were occurring. Additionally, you have to have a very high tolerance for cutesy tsundere characters to be able to stomach this story. It is impossible to enjoy this story otherwise.

MC was a potentially fun 'seemingly mean but quite sweet' tsundere type and ML was a potentially interesting 'gentle on the outside, tough on... more>> the inside' service top type. These characters worked well at times but felt cliche other times. There were moments where I thought MC was quite cute due to the gap between their well intentions and others' perceptions of him, but other times his quirkiness was so overdone that it felt like the author was pointing and yelling, 'Look! See? He's just tsundere!'. Same with ML. There were times I felt moved by ML's self-sacrificial tendencies, but other times the Holy Mary benevolence was too much. Even when you knew there was probably more going on in his head, the author didn't exactly expand on that. Constantly being encouraged to pity this man quickly became tiring.

I think the main problem with this novel is that a lot of the scenes and interactions felt oversaturated in general with the author's emphasis of the couple's odd personalities and dynamic. As a result, the potentially sweet slow burn became rushed and felt forced. Concept-wise, there was a lot to love about a grumpy MC who would learn to reject and leave his toxic circles after finding genuine care from a kind person that loves him - someone who happens to have a physical disability. Unfortunately, a lot of it felt quite messy.

The ABO was nothing special either, just the typical plot device to have the main couple come together and stay together. <<less

Contract mariage in an ABO world, that started out quite ugly due to MC's difficult and unlikable character. It's been a while since I read such melodrama. The tags promised some fluff so I gave it a try. Good thing that halfway through MC's personality improved somewhat. MC is one of those nasty emo characters with a lot of repressed emotions and anger. He is conceited, melodramatic, childish, arrogant, egocentric, spiteful, indecisive and likes to wallow in his misery... many of those adjectives are author's own words so it's not... more>> like I am pulling things out of thin air. He was a victim of parental neglect and acts like the whole world owes him an arm and a leg because of this. Daddy and mommy issues do not justify his vulgar, selfcentred and conceited behaviours, especially towards ppl who are kind to him. And I think he is not really a tsundere. He is just a pretend tsundere. Like ML says to MC: "On the surface, you don’t like to interact with others, but you’re actually just afraid to".

Despite the angst, this is not a bad read. It is very well written and translated. And I love the extras about the big bro's sweet lovestory :) <<less

The main couple was cute but they didn't steal my heart like the side couple did. Although the side couple's story was condensed into a few short chapters, it was truly sweet and quite touching. Wish we had more of them.

A tsundere omega and a very doting and patient alpha! A perfect match!

At first I am a little bit angry with the MC because his mouth is awful, he says and do a lot of hurtful things to our ML. I usually don't write review and just read as I read.

I'm only at ch 17 now but I think it's already pretty good!

The ML is really good. He's gentle but not s*upid, caring but not overboard.

The MC has a kind of I-like-you but I'm-too-stubborn-to-admit personality.

I don't hate his stubbornness, instead I like of like the plot like this. Heart wretching but also sweet at the same time.

5* including the translation.

Cute, sweet short story. It just jumps right into after they are divorced in the first chapterand the backside is given out slowly in snippets over the next ten or so chapters so I wasn't sure what was going on at first.

MC is super tsundere, too the point it got a little bit annoying so I took one star off for that. ML is the kindest and most patient I've ever read in any novel or Manga ever. BL or het. The story doesn't delve too deep into... more>> why ML fell in love prior to their meeting. A little line about how he found MC hardworking but that doesn't really explain it all. Buuuut it's a short story so don't look too into it.

one thing Ireally like about this ABO universe is that there are heat and rut inhibitors so omega can still work while on their heat instead of going into a hormone frenzy. Makes it seem more like having a period. Also, make omega have a separate reproductive tract that isn't normally used during intimate times. Makes it easier to digest than the idea of a baby coming out from you know.. Lol

Very sweet short story. In a nutshell it's about a tsundere omega actor who's forced into a contract marriage by his family, but the rich alpha he marries is a handsome, kind, extremely doting man with a disability (his right leg was paralyzed after a car accident) who loves him unconditionally.

The omega MC suffered from lack of love in his childhood and doesn't really believe someone will love him or that the ML should be with him instead of someone he thinks would be better.

The story is told after they... more>> get a divorce on the MC's initiative, and then in a lot of flashbacks to when they were married. Low on angst, it's a gradual process where the MC learns to trust the ML's love and dare to give into his own feelings. Lots of sweetness, the ML is practically too good to be true, but doesn't come off as a pure fantasy, but like a real person.

There isn't much to the story except some sweet romance plus cute and funny moments, the MC is bad at expressing his feelings, but he gets better and learns to treat the ML well. The ML is patient with the MC, since he realizes early on that the MC actually does care about him. <<less

Full of sweetness!! Usually when there's an extra story on a different character I don't like it but for this story I really did enjoy it.

Another thing that I liked is that the story didn't finish before the MC gave birth like the last novel I read so I quite liked that I guess.

Another thing for me is that when I read short stories half the time the Romance seems a little forced and abrupted but for this story you can see it done pretty well.

This is probably one of the sweetest books I've read. The characters were very fleshed out and I loved the growth of the MC. MC is very flawed and he's aware of his flaws and try to be better for ML. I love that he's not perfect and ML's patience for him was heartwarming. Watching MC open up to ML and allow himself to be vulnerable was truly lovely to read.

This is a very enjoyable story. The MC and ML are flawed (they both refuse to verbalize their feelings to one another, although ML is more open with affections), but they fit perfectly together.

One of my all time favorites. 100% recommend, if you like angsty stories with a happy ending. The characters have depth and are likeable. The plot is okay, but the romance and development makes up for what the plot lacks.

The opening might be a little confusing at first but you will quickly catch on. Overall, this novel is a quick fun read. It's perfect if you are looking for a fluffy novel.

The two main characters are so in love and, don't worry, they get together really quickly. The side couple (in the extras) are even more cute!
