come to find out the MCs youngest uncle is actually blood related to them. He was switched with the baby that was left on the doorstep, because that baby had died from heart issues and they were trying to hide their 3rd child from the baddie.

I actually liked this because I'm so tired of Chinese bl authors making the adopted kid the bad guy because they don't have the same blood.

the youngest of the Li brothers, who everyone thinks is adopted, wants his 2nd brother's fiance. With some bad influence by the bad guys he wants to drug the fiance.

The one that comes to check on him is the fiance's lecherous uncle who r*pes him and leaves him causing him to become very sick.

The other r*pe is really bizarre. The adopted father (2nd Uncle) is in a coma because of a car crash and can't wake up because he needs yang energy... so they get his ex fiance to come and uhm... do him while he is in a coma. Even though he didn't like the fiance everyone was cool with their brother/uncle being r*ped while he was in a coma for a month. Then when he wakes up he has to keep doing it until he is completely healed or he will end up back in a coma.

I absolutely hated their relationship. I didn't like their interactions, didn't understand why 2nd Uncle always fought with the fiance and didn't understand why the fiance was so hung up on him, he wasn't anything special, at least not to the point of doing him while on a coma! Such a toxic relationship

the baddie is some drug dealer who is technically the MCs great uncle.

Great uncle was in love with his half brother (MCs grandpa) and grandpa shot him down. What was kind of gross though was he shot him down, not because they were related, but because he said being gay was wrong and disgusting.

Great uncle baddie finds out about his comrade in arms space and being inters*x (Li grandpa) and wants it for himself, so he makes his brother imp**gnate Li grandpa via aphrodisiacs and then they fall in love. They escape after Li grandpa has a miscarriage?

Great uncle baddie feels alone and is mad that his brother said being gay was wrong but loves Li grandpa so he starts a "game" with them with their children.

He gets rid of the oldest child by selling him to the opera troupe, then turns the 2nd into the grandpa role and then the shoved in what he thought wasn't blood related 3rd into his roll, all setting it up for the Li family to perish and the 3rd to get everything 3rd wanted because great uncle baddie didn't. It's really dramatic and forced.
