Have you ever possessed a character in a novel where the male protagonist has died?

I managed to do that difficult feat.

I ended up possessing a necromancer in a novel that the author abandoned after killing him off, who unfortunately was an accomplice of the black mage who killed the male protagonist.

Although I successfully bound the male protagonist’s (Castian) soul using necromancy, everyone is wary of me and despises me.

But for some reason, the once-distant male protagonist has become increasingly kind.

When I rejoiced, thinking that at least he understood my feelings, his kindness took a rather peculiar direction.

“Wasn’t it said that the closer I am, the easier it is to use necromancy?”

“Well, that may be, but you’re already quite close.”

“This should make it even more convenient, then.”

Castian gave a dangerous smile as he pressed a kiss to the back of my hand.

This man must be losing his mind since he lost his life.

The ill-fated encounter between a lowly necromancer and the male protagonist destined to save the world—will things really be okay like this?

Could someone please save our male protagonist and, while you’re at it, maybe save me too?
