Ahhhhh that was such a touching love storrryyyy! They're both very adorable when they easily get shy with each other. When Yuan Jue really turned into a big bad wolf (leeewd), his clingy and possessive actions reminded me so much of my boyfriend lol. I was so haaappy seeing them have a happy ending after all those tragedies in their past life.

Though I am wondering what happened to the b*tch and the slagman afterwards. Anyway, I enjoyed the very sweet after stories very much!

I remember when I first read it and it was pretty good. To be honest, I like the flow of the story so I was sad for sometimes when it was dropped by other translators for some time after picking it up. Thankfully it was picked up again by the new translator team novel buns and they finished it so I am going to reread and finish the story in english translation. Thanks for the translator to that! Also, I have read and the quality of the translation is good.p

I understand that some people who gave it low star rating may find it boring or too slow paced but I think it was because the first translators cut the chapters and I think they also told that (the readers). I love the story because their interactions were cute and it really is a slice of life. I also love the supporting characters except for the og ML and og FL (unless I remembered it wrong). I cannot put which chapter I read last but I was halfway through the novel. That's all I would like to edit this review again but I will give it 5 stars, I like it very much✨✨ <<less

At first I want to give it 4.0 but no I change ma mind.. I give 3.8, I agree with our friend at review section, in the middle became repetitive and boring, the pacing was too slow, u might think 138 chp is for 1 year inside the novel, no it not even 1 year, less than 8 months, 130+ chp on the same winter, with all ambiguous shy shy thing, I almost want to give up, I'm ok with slow romance but not with this kind of dull but... more>> extraordinaire sweet bubbly awkward full of anxious atmospher. I know they love each other so much... the background is big and the idea is attractive ngl, makes my expectations high.

Author seems want to make an daily detailed life story for both of them which is good if... they not just gather the snow, eat, fluffy flirting, became insecure ovt, anxious and repeat again and again.. (all inside the cave) even the sweet can't save me :).

If u want to see op MC better don't, if u want to see modern applied knowledge better don't, if u want to see sweet romance u may considered it, if u want a logic-don't, if u want character development-u can try, if u want solid world building-stay away <<less

This is a sweet story.

MC and ML have a slow romance and their interactions were cute and enjoyable. They avoid the drama found in other novels and never turn against each other. The magic system in the book was interesting and aided in some interesting arcs.

Fans have translated a good portion of the story and it looks like another site may have picked it up. I found the rest on a ML translation site and read the rest there. I was expecting it to be something like “Stone Age Husband Raising Journal” which is a mix of romance, slice of life, and survival. And it is kind of similar in that sense, but it’s also not quite the same? Anyway, about the premise: This novel starts off with an MC that had transmigrated from an Apocalyptic world with mutated water abilities (that promote healing and cultivation). This ends up being the perfect golden finger for her situation— which is to survive through the winter with her new husband, the... more>> ML (who is the abandoned chief of the wolf Beastmen tribe), who has been disabled after fighting against a beast tide.

Its a very slow-paced thorough and highly character-driven. So not much happen externally, but the characters are always dealing with external conflicts (the FL is an optimistic person who just wants to live a peaceful life but is fraught with constant worries while the ML is someone with deep psychological shadows extreme ancient t and insecurities). I see a lot of reviewers who don’t appreciate the ups and downs of these two’s developing relationship—because of constant misunderstandings caused by lack of communication—but as long as you’re forewarned about it, it isn’t so bad!

I ended ups topping in the end because the TL is unfinished and the MTL is only 65-70% readable. But I’ll come back to reread it another day! Current rating is... Hm *thinking face*... directly 4/5 stars! <<less

Yeah, they are sweet, I did try to love this story, but... It's just quite impossible with this pace. It felt like I only read 6 chapters instead of 60. Nothing was changing, their life quality, their relationship, other story elements... It's all so stable. I feel like I'm wasting my time reading this one. Dropped.

Many misunderstandings but I'm still hook, I found it cute lol.. they are very powerful couple so I don't worry much when reading this, , I didn't expect that Mr. Big bad wolf will become more more more beast hehe

It's been a year since I read this and I'm not good at giving reviews... one thing is for sure he's still my Mr. Slowpoke Gray Wolf who eat lemons and afraid to be Mr. Food Reserve

this is pretty cute. On one hand we have our self-reliant fMC who is essentially carrying this whole story on her own and on the other hand we have our ML who is either overthinking every word fMC says or suffering from crippling self hatred.

I don't think it's annoying but rather I'm amazed at how it took more than 100 chapters for fMC to finally know the name of the person she has been living with this whole time.

I can already tell this will be a long story. All things considered I can see myself sticking it out with this cute story if only just to see just how greatly ML can misinterpret fmc's lighthearted jokes.

Decently interesting premise, I wanted to like this more than I did. Instead, it fell flat. Very repetitive and pretty boring. I gave it 3 stars because it made me laugh a few times and it's not that hard to skim through, but I would say it's barely 3 stars.

Many chapters with almost no progression. Just a cycle of the MC trying to help her husband heal with her meager powers while the husband alternates between sleeping and some kind of willful misunderstanding of the MC due to his hesitance... more>> to trust (which I understand, but the author tries to play it as cute. This would be okay except that it goes on too long.)

The best chapters are actually when it switches over to one of the antagonists' POVs, because these are pretty much the only times we see some semblance of plot!

I kept reading thinking that something was going to happen but it never really did. A hundred chapters of what could have easily been a 15-20 chapter intro. If you are going to drag something out that long, there needs to be more character development or something to keep it interesting. There was a bit of a confrontation building when I ran out of chapters, but I have been fooled before so who knows if it's actually going anywhere. I doubt I'll come back to this to find out.

If you are not sure if you should read this, try the first 15 chapters or so. If you like that, well, there's about a hundred more chapters of the same thing for you to enjoy! <<less

It has been a very enjoyable read so far. Reminds me of "Stone Age Husband Raising Journal", with a heteros*xual couple at that. The story is basically about the FL survival in a primitive environment along with her struggle to treat her severely wounded wolf husband. I liked how the ML is not a stereotypical black bellied one (although I like them as well). It was refreshing to read how uncertain and coy he was with his feelings followed by lots moments of him overthinking FL's actions. The translater also did an excellent job at it. I read some other translations of yours and escpecially love how you add explainations for certain uncommon items or concepts from the text in the form of pictures or external written sources. Thank you for your hardwork! <<less

I usually don't particularly care for primitive beast tribe novels, but this one was unexpectedly good. There were a lot of likable characters and the plot was also pretty entertaining. The novel represents the phrase "What goes around comes around" in more ways than one. You will see what I mean when you read the whole thing.

The plot and main leads of the original book (the one the the FL had read in the other world) don't play much of an important role, especially in the latter part of the... more>> novel. Whether that's good or bad is for you to decide yourself.

The novel is an easy read so feel free to pick it up in your spare time. <<less

if they just didn't rush the end like that!??... For goodness sake!I just needed a little bit more of development. There were few kisses and contact between the ml&fl. My expectations were just to high?I wanted to see at least 1 or 2 cubs.

I'll give this book a 5 because it's a heartwarming "feel-good" novel. All the characters were relatively well fleshed-out, and added meaning to the overall story.

Furthermore, this story was a wonderful journey as we see the female lead (Ruan Qiuqiu) and the male lead (Yuan Jue) slowly fall in love. They have to become stronger and defeat the evil of the past in order to find their own happy future. They are a true power couple and bring happiness to all that they meet. Ruan Qiuqiu's true life is actually in the current world with Yuan Jue. The body she 'transmigrated' to is truly her original form for her soul. In fact both Ruan Qiuqiu and Yuan Jue are reincarnations of their past life after failing to defeat a high level monster, Mo Xi, in their past life. They awaken their memories and fight for their future by killing Mo Xi in their current life.

This book really needs the epilogues to be MTL'd cause without it, the book feels incomplete. Despite that, the author really created an amazing story which I will reread once it is fully translated. I recommend this novel to anyone who likes the fantasy genre. <<less

This novel is good. fluffy romance, slice of life, the suffering they encoutered together, and the happy ending. ML and MC is so lovable. Oh right, I suggests that you must prepare some tissues.

I highly recommend this to read.

I feel tired reading it. The beginning nice, from middle to the end is all over the place. The main big boss gone in just few world. The rest is just dragging 'bonding'. There's a lot can be explore but for two lovebirds is not important, that's ashame.

Simply put, the writing of this story is not good. I am stopping after 76 chapters because virtually nothing has happened. Everyday the FL just tries to help the ML (who has spent at least half the chapters unconscious or pretending to be unconscious) with no improvements. The author has done a poor job of establishing emotional ties to the characters, so I literally could not care less what happens to them. Also, the ML genuinely has the intelligence of an 8 year old. You think being a powerful chief... more>> who was at odds with his tribe would harden him, but his limited scenes in the book only consist of him blushing and feeling inferior

Omg it's amazing!!! I'm so happy I choose to read this novel, the FL is strong and caring and the ML is a ball of fluffy and melodrama 💖💖💖💖

It's so fun to see them interacting and the difference on their perspectives, I believe the author did a great job with the characters and the storyline. It starts a little slow and there is a lot of hardships on the beginning but after it their future starts to take off and the hardships are a lot less.

Definitely one of a must read! It’s a romantic story of time travel and reincarnations. The FL is strong (personality) who helps our strong (literal) ML by becoming his anchor, and deal with his self-esteem issues. Alas, he has turned into a cute scheming (albeit, obsessive) ML that always plot to seduce the FL... lol.

By the end of the novel, it’s kind of romantic to know what the ML has actually gone through cycle upon cycles of life just to find her again.
