Wen Shi unexpectedly got pulled into an infinite game.
【Congratulations to the player for awakening the ‘I Am Who I Am’ skill.”
I Am Who I Am: Spend one hundred points to summon another ‘me’ from a parallel world once.】
Wen Shi replied indifferently, “Summoning someone to their death?”
Until——
On the night of the horror castle, the castle owner insisted on finding the most perfect bride, eliminating one player every night until then.
The once unremarkable story took a drastic turn when Wen Shi summoned a girl with a long sword.
The girl affectionately called Wen Shi “Little Brother” while holding the sword’s tip to the castle owner’s forehead.
On that day, the castle owner became completely terrified of marriage. In the bloody dormitory, Wen Shi accidentally summoned a sickly heartthrob.
The sickly heartthrob knocked on every door with a smile at the indescribable residents. “Would you take care of me?”
On the night of Ghost Festival, when the gates of the netherworld were opened and the night was filled with spirits, Wen Shi and the summoned zombie stared at each other.
Wen Shi: “Come, follow my lead. The night of the hundred ghosts is dangerous. We should be cautious.”
Zombie: “H-hundred households’ meals smell delicious.”
Wen Shi: “Survive!”
Angry Zombie: “H-hungry, f-food, not picky!”

No friends? We can be your friends.
No family? We can be your family.
Wen Shi rediscovered the warmth of humanity and met a romantic love.
After dating for a while, Wen Shi shyly said, “My family would like to meet you.”
The fierce antisocial Boss at level ten asked, “How many?”
“Just a few.”

- MC: He's great! Really cute and kind. Super interesting logic, can be powerful on his own but definitely not OP, making him bolth relatable and believable.
- ML: Hahahaha he's fantastic. I'm usually not about the typical 'cold powerful ML whose heart only warms for one", but he's written in a way that is not at all overbearing, doesn't ab*se his OP-ness, and is fully fleshed out and supported by plot context & story. Also cute and hilarious in intentional and unintentional ways.
- Supporting Cast, friendly:
- People: There are a lot of them! And they are interesting, definitely relevant enough for us to be invested in their outcomes - even some who only show up for one or two arcs. They often add valuable perspectives. And they can be great audience stand-ins for particularly hilarious moments.
- NPCs: Ahh some of my fav side characters are in this category. OP gets involved with them in surprising ways. And as part of the instance worlds, but with sentience (differing levels of experience and maturity though hehe), they have quite interesting stories thoughts & perspectives.
- AU family. Adorable! Plot and instance relevant. Often add incredible comedy. Avoid overshadowing the MC and only step in as needed. I'd love more time with them.
- Supporting Cast, neutral/enemy:
- People: A nice variety of big bads, comfort food cannon fodders, enemies-to-temporary-allies. Fleshed out when necessary. Sparingly are they left one-dimensional, and when they are it seems intentional as a delicious face-slapping snack.
- NPC. Fantastic again, I loooooooooove the instance world casts so much. Such a wide variety of personalities and supernatural entities. Even in PVE type instances they have agency to make their own decisions, leading to some fantastic moments of enemies-to-friends (or

- Instance Worlds: The instance worlds are full and unique, and easily support a variety and range of mini-arcs, with a balanced mix of thrill, mystery & investigation, interpersonal drama, horror, face-slapping, friend-making, and comedy; all with satisfying and logical conclusions
- Central World and Real World: The central and real worlds function as breaks and are comfortable and a relief after instance climaxes. They are a perf length to explore the world, supporting characters, and MCs relationships with bolth. Also are interesting enough to keep me thoroughly engaged & entertained while distributing relevant and valuable plot information.
- Instance Logic and Global Logic: Mysteries are often solvable and it's fun to think about how one could succeed in these instances & compare it to the way that our MC and other characters attempt to survive. While the instances span eras continents and histories, they have unexpected connections. Furthermore there are additional ties to the real world demonstrated implicitly thru people's experiences and actions.
Genre & Plot Elements- Thrill: The plot arcs are full of twists and turns. We get information the same time as the characters, so we are solving the current mysteries and problems along with them. The author does a great job of allowing us to experience the thrill and horror of a solvable world actively trying to kill you, people you care about, and people you couldn't give two hoots about lol.
- Thrill (interpersonal) : Often there will be other people attacking in hidden and mysterious ways (as ppl characters can't actively harm each other in instance worlds), squeezing MC&co in all directions. People's motives are sometimes blatant and sometimes hidden, but always present and fleshed-out with consistent logic.
- Horror. The horror elements are supes interesting and a mix of classical elements, fairy tales flipped on their heads, eldritch horror, and unique aspects. Though I've read a lot of UF and QT novels recently and some instances seem wholly unique to me, I can't comment on how much is influenced by other works. I truly enjoy the author's flavor in all of these diverse but connected worlds. Additionally a whole bunch of cool supernatural entities and holidays are represented!
- Comedy. !!!! I've guffawed soo many times throughout this novel, and even notice some new guffaws on each reread. Holy ish the comedic timing is fantastic.
Story Structure- Detailed storytelling. Instances and plot arcs are longer than I typically can pay attention to, but done so well that I not only can't take my eyes away, but also enjoy rereading which is p uncommon for me.
- Episodic storytelling. A method I prefer, which is why i've gotten so into this unlimited flow type genre lol.
I likely will continue this review after finishing the novel, even though it's super long lol. Hope my perspective is helpful to someone seeing if this book is right for them!If it's the leader of the guild, I'm sad for Jian (I think that's his name). It could be the guild leader because he's the only one that hasn't yet fallen to MC's charm (a charm where the characters think MC is on their side 😂). But I'm leaning towards Jian right now because he seems to be extra powerful (perhaps tied to the eye from the first fame MC was in) and has such strong feelings for MC.
