This story is pretty good. I don't enjoy horror novels that much, but I'm a sucker for misunderstandings, and because of the tittle, well I decided to try it out. Chapter 1 was boring at first, but chapter 2 got me hooked up, then I proceeded to binge read all available free chapters.

It has fun moments, and also the author knows how to develop the MC problem solving, or in other words, making him smarter wich each new situation he finds himself in. It's surprising that alot of authors don't... more>> know how to do this, but this one got that in the bag

Now I saw the review of Monnie, I also dislike (More like HATE with all my soul) Harems. But here's the case. This novel is not focused in romance, so I don't really care, I just see as the MC having a funny act scene with a yandere woman who scares the hell out of him. You can see that is not focused on romance, as the first pokem- I mean, potencial love interest was intruduced in chapter 22

If this novel was truly focused in romance, I wouldn't have enjoyed as much as I did, since romance novels, tend to intruduce the FML or ML quite early, wich clearly, isn't the case with this one

Well, I will be from now on, daily reading this novel, if my opnion changes in the future, I will comeback to edit my review, until then, have a great reading session. <<less

I found the first 20 chapters enjoyable. The world building was intriguing, and I enjoyed the MC's personality. The idea of working as an employee of a ghost-story that collects other ghost-stories is quite novel.

The first "girl" for the harem shows up at chapter 22, so I decided to drop it there. I was just curious by the setting and I don't like harem novels.

This doesn't appear to be heading in a direction I like

The story feels very forced

I am liking some of the originality, but for all I know, it could be copied from creepypasta or urban legends

... more>> The story is throwing me way off, though.

I'd say a 2.5/5, but I'll round it down to just 2

If you like a MC where you don't have to worry about anything because you know everything is going to be fine with no long-lasting problems, this is for you

It could get better but I'm also not liking how lame the first encounter with the FMC is <<less
