Noice. Very nice. *coughs* Erm... how do I get into this... It's a very self-indulgent read that I don't regret finding. Having a proactive shou and an unrequited love without angst is a nice change, and it's a good read if you're fine with crossing those boundaries.

Short and sweet. The only flaw to this is... there’s not enough smut. By the time I’m done, I was inwardly screaming, I want more!

Make no mistake, this is in*est. This ticked off all my favorite kinks: unrequited love from younger brother shamelessly seducing his CEO-type older brother, PLOT and emotions, car smut, all wrapped in superb translations. My only gripe is that it was too short.

So it might be uncomfortable for some people but for people who dont care it is a good read

The gong is dominating and has a ordering tone with a cute yet le*d uke who is deeply in love with the gong

The gong is doting and a bit possessive

The smut is good and satisfying

For all the immoral forbidden love readers this it perfectly well done

I'd be way more comfortable if they were step-brothers instead of half-brothers; I actually found this story while I was looking for step-brother romance (not blood related) and I overlooked the "in*est" tag. But oh well, this was my bad.

I think this had a potential for a longer story, where the gong could've slowly developed his feelings for shou. I honestly couldn't tell why and how he developed feelings for shou. Even he admits (to himself) at one point that his feelings probably changed when his brother made him h**ny... more>> for the first time,

that time in the car when he saved his little brother after he was kidnapped and drugged.

So, like, before that he didn't see shou in romantic way (nor in a brotherly way). I couldn't feel any "love" that characters claimed to have, especially not gong's love. There's this one part where he gets hard because he sees shous's slender and, I quote, "teenage body", which only makes it seems as he's simply a pe*o and it's hella creepy. Now, I did see the "10 year gap" and "jouvenile shou" warnings, so I can't really complain about this. Just saying, ignoring the half-brothers part, I wish I could've seen some actual love between them. To me, it came across as if they were only sexually attracted to each other and nothing else. Shou claims to love Gong, but he doesn't even know him properly and, before they slept together, he used to only exchange few sentences with him once a year (on his birthday). The moment he started "loving" his older brother was when he saw him

So yeah, their love basically seems like nothing more than s*xual attraction. Which is a pity, because personally I liked the meaning behind the "ophiuchus" and the story behind it. If there was more depth and if their feelings run deeper and from something more tender, this would've been a beautiful story.

All this aside, I really liked gong's aloof and composed personality. It was really well portrayed. <<less

Rating: 4/5- cute short story if you overlook the in*est. Well paced for the number of chapters with a nice dynamic between the MC and ML.

Although please can I educate everyone to NOT flush cond*ms down a toilet unless you want to clog your pipes.

Don't get me wrong, I enjoy psychological in*est novels, but this one really just missed the mark with me when it came to developing emotions or having any realistic character development. There is no build up to their relationship, and the older brother just suddenly falls in love out of nowhere, without even two moments of mental struggle. I honestly felt nothing about their relationship, and really couldn't have cared less whether it worked out or not. The smut was also okay, but I honestly wouldn't even recommend for that.... more>> Overall just a mediocre and lackluster novel for me, would not read again. <<less

Somehow I feel like I've read one of the most suffocating stories ever in a short 16 chapters. Can't quite wrap my head around whether the romance was adorable or unsatisfying. I am impressed however that I could feel a sense of adoration and doting from the ML speaking a total of about 10 words in the entire story. The MC is carrying the relationship so hard emotionally. I loved this. Short, hot, self-indulgent. It was a wild ride and the story is completely unrestrained. The MC and ML are half-siblings and of age when the action happens. Despite the taboo, I actually like that the novel doesn't dwell on the moral aspects; there's no angst and the shou knows exactly what he wants.

MC, Yan Cenan, was in love with his older brother first (same father, different mom). He tried to get close to him whenever ML, Yan Xun, was around. Around his 18th birthday, MC was kidnapped after being dosed with an aphrodisiac. ML ransomed MC and was pounced on by a drugged out MC. They ended up doing the deed and the relationship started from there.

In the end, after MC was accepted to a local college, ML told MC to move in with him. The plot never covers the coming out to their parents.

Wonderful smut and great couple chemistry. Not too much angst or tension, which was a nice surprise considering the summary.

I think the MC is pretty inconsiderate to his family considering his mother seems to love him. She might have been a bit scheming for a better life, and the ML certainly has reason to not like her, but the mc's dismissive attitude was pretty juvenile and inconsiderate.

3.5 stars. I just rounded up.

This my first time reading this type of novel, considering the I-tag. I wasn't wholly comfortable with it, but it wasn't as hard to read as I thought. I found that it's pretty much the same as many other danmei, just that there is a blood relationship between the MC and ML. I did enjoy the story. I probably could have skipped the smut, in this case, but I wanted to challenge myself to read something outside my comfort zone. It's short and pretty sweet,... more>> but I think the MC was a little childish when he was with ML. The ML was just ok. I didn't get much of a vibe from him. Not a very well-developed or interesting character. I would recommend only if you're ok with the I-tag and you want something short. <<less

The thing I liked about this novel is how it's about them and them only. There were some plot lines where a glimpse of others' life were shown (like their parents, MC's friend...) but they were remained untold which I feel like I don't need to know. I just happy to see them happy and in love. how they learning about each other and understand each other and had their Happy Ending❤️❤️❤️

As a guke enjoyer, this book sounded quite promising at first due to its intriguing title, however, I couldn't be more disappointed with it. Overall it feels incomplete, after all the ending was rushed to the extreme, which is not surprising considering the wattpad fanfiction level of writing this book has... Not to metion that the characters didn't have much of an actual personality, they felt way too bland, as if they were there simply for the story to exist and to fulfill the "lost dog obssesed with the cold... more>> ceo" trope and not to MAKE the story interesting for the readers to enjoy it and learn something from it. In the end, all I've learnt with this novel was that it's a huge waste of my precious time. <<less

I'm just writing this to say that the MC disliking his mother's behavior is not inconsiderate at all. It's already a miracle that he grew up not crooked (aside from the in*est) and feeling entitled.

His mother was abusive to the ML and practically drove him out the home that he rightfully deserved. Not only does she keep throwing unwarranted mean comments towards him, she also keeps pushing for MC for that inheritance and prestige. All this without ever considering whether she's in the right or if her son is actually... more>> happy. She may love the MC, but she loves the money and power more. It's just not fully explored here.

Now, if you were the MC, and you're very much aware of the history and goings-on in the family, and you're also quite in love with your own brother, not to mention you yourself have suffered from criticism and insults just for existing (remember that even the ML hated him at first), would you be able to find it in yourself to treat your parents nicely? It's good enough that he can still be civil with them as long as the ML wasn't being targeted. <<less

A satisfying and hot taboo novel... It's just really hot and the length is enough for MC and ML, it doesn't need much drama unless they get found out....

Don't read it if you don't dig this genre then leaving a bad review after. It is written for its own target audience, us rotten people lmao.

Maybe it was because I was expecting something a little warmer, but I wasn't entirely in love with the characters or their so-called 'love affair.' I couldn't accept this for anything more than misplaced affection. These guys have issues and as very typical in these stories, there's not a lot of communication that could be considered communication.

The whole "I love you, Gege, " thing usually leaves me cold, and this was really no exception to that. Even when things were in their favor, I still didn't feel the 'love.'

Not bad... more>> for a onetime read, but I wouldn't say I loved it. I would have loved it more if there had been more of a factual reason for their love, other than need. <<less
