The ML was isekai'd to fight in a medieval zombie apocalypse, the story starts when he has succeeded in saving the world and wishes to return home. He is returned to the same time he left, which is only hours from the zombie apocalypse starting in his home world. Because of his belief in the god of light from the isekai world, he retained some divinity. It's an enjoyable and interesting novel. The translation is pretty good as well.

It might seem like I'm rating this a bit harsh but there just isn't anything special about it. 3/5 for "Mediocre, Average, Not much to say".

It's just another run of the mill Korean Death Game-Apocalypse-System-OP MC-Regression/Isekai novel I've seen a dozen times. It brings nothing new to the table besides "Oh but he was a Paladin! He used a hammer! He only cares about his friends and not other peo- wait sh*t no part's really common..."

Nothing special happens in the first 20 chapters that made me want to keep reading.... more>> Just another zombie apocalypse, with an MC that knows a lot and nonsense Deus Ex Machina god-beings pushing conflict into every situation possible.

If you like the kind of stories where a dissembodied voice in the sky tells the main characters to kill the person standing to their left or else die, then this is for you. If not, then you're best off just skipping it. <<less

It's a shame there's only 25 translated chapters and I hope someone can pick this up with pure gusto.

Anyways, this is one of those rare moments where the MC is powerful but he has to 'relearn' his skills by leveling up and restrategize his approach against old enemies and new (especially in a 'different' apocalypse setting). It also gives a fresh perspective in how the MC brings hope to others; as long as everyone does their part and not solely rely on him for his 'experience'. There may be some... more>> frustrating moments but it does leave enough room for character growth for those to completely accept the reality of the apocalypse.

Overall, it has good potential for a good read. <<less
