Its quite angsty as both are very equally and overly obsessive with each other as MC is super dependent on ML, while the ML is super controlling, both even agreed that these traits were a perfect match for each other. I really like the angst where both finally noticed how toxic their relationship and tried to escape from this by separating from each other and I really think that was a great initiative on the MC's part and also really love how the author showed his symptomps was like that of a drug addict.

Altho they are still toxic but at least they're aware and conscious about it. Anyways, pretty fun and angsty, really liked the psychological drama on MC's health and his toxic relationship with the ML and the angsty drama really hyped me up for what would come next and it felt like I was going on a fun rollercoaster lol. <<less

Wow. In the beginning, I didnt expect much. MC and ML meet through some circumstances, and ML is weirdly attracted to the MC. (I honestly thought this was a red flag alert)

They get together but this escalated to red flag territory. (It depends on the reader how they viewed the ML in this case. IMO, the ML went just a tad bit too far with his actions. This leads to their breakup, and subsequent reunion after 10 years. However, the way the author writes the struggles of both the MC and ML is quite intriguing and tragic. Their love and loyalty for each other is incredibly strong. It has been quite awhile where I have seen two people love each other that much, willing to do anything for each ofher.

The story starts very slow, but it warps into something very endearing near the end of the story. This is a healing novel where the MC and ML navigates their insecurities without losing their love for one another.

No dog blood here. No major villains. Just a 2nd chance to finally love each other. <<less
