Matsuyoi Nozomu, a soldier of the Galactic Higher Consciousness Federation engaged in a planet terraforming project, was only supposed to sleep for about ten years for observation purposes.

However, during his hibernation, an unprecedented catastrophe struck, drastically altering the planet. Once meant to be reshaped, the planet had transformed into something entirely unexpected—a mysterious world overflowing with fantasy elements, diverse non-human species, magic, and enigmatic technologies.
