FL is an extreme pragmatic person. She belongs to the witch bloodline whose job is to help humanity and protect them from misfortunes. It is clear that her personality was level headed from childhood. She is cold hearted and saves people whom she can and doesn't brood over people whom she can't. This has been emphasized many times throughout the novel. The novel which narrates the story through her taking many jobs and getting fired or the company stopped or boss died or went to jail. Through this we don't see character development towards hero worship but we understand her circumstances better giving her a 3D well rounded characterization!

The FL is incredibly talented. She is

• • smart,

• • gets out of trouble quickly,

• • has a first save yourself then think about others policy,

• • doesn't like people to backstab her,

• • doesn't use fist to talk,

• • gets out of trouble cunningly.

• • And the best of all her ability, which I admire the most is her uncaring job attitude of 9 to 5!!

Quit if need be, but never overtime!!

This seems to be both our leads model!

I mean just wow!

A puppy to FL who wags his tail

And A wolfdog to others who bares his fangs

He is also an allrounder.

But the best thing is, he wants to be a house husband to FL. And this affection of theirs is mutual. Though not much said, but pda and dog food is scattered all around in front of others.

He always gets off 9-5 and threatens the federation of quitting if not! He has to go home and cook and act like a puppy to FL and needs pats and hugs. The gap moe....!

And he switches personality constantly.

He is overpowered and earned a lot!

He is the best!! I don't know what to say more, the story doesn't revolve much around him but he grows onto you. And it's been mentioned that he is the only source of affection FL has for the world. He is also indifferent to everything except FL

The novel isn't much about the love story. But it is beautifully narrated and shown. The author shows the love and affection the characters have for each other through their actions! So much it's clear they're made for each other!

Ofc both verbalise it too. But you know how they both show care for each other was so beautiful! It's in the little moments of day to day life.

And the FL unilaterally calls ML her BF without clarifying it. I thought I skipped some paras Or chapters but the dense FL thought it was mutually agreed. Really our Baby FL still needs to make it clear! By the time it was clarified to ML 2 instances already were over.

And ML was like BF?

Who me? Can you say that again? What? When?!

And when it was clarified, he was like

YES!!! NO TAKE BACKS!!

FL just thought since they decided to stay together till death it means they are in a relationship. Lolol!!

I don't wanna give much spoilers about the instances. Cause most of the mystery of the novel is through them.

Basically there are instances of daily life misfortunes which are taken as code#111345 like that instant. All humans in that area are participants.

1. 1. Those who save 10 or more people will get A level grade and know about the EVOLUTION GAME! Their attributes will increase. And everyone who survives the instance will increase their attributes based on their grade ABCDES.

1. 1. Those score below 'A' will not know about EVOLUTION GAME will still have their attributes increased

1. 1. If someone tells about the GAME others will fall into more misfortune instances.

1. 1. As the game suggest, it is to help evolution of mankind. But this will be known only later

FL is on the head start cause of her witch/saint bloodline. She has precognition ability. Again FL is not a holy Mother to save every one. She does what's best in her ability by giving suggestions and rescuing people in disaster but nothing more than that usually. And those who still go against her advice, she doesn't say more. If you want you can take it and if you don't No problem. And she doesn't resent others for not taking her advice cause she knows no one is their right mind will be extremely trusting to a stranger.

Gotta give author credit when it's due!

With so many short instances and so short arcs - very short 4-6 chapters each. The author fleshed out other characters to their best potential. No one was an unnecessary cannon fodder or s*upid or you know - Know it all.

Every character seem to have their own personality. There are many who are truly good, some who are scum, some cunning, some acting tough in front of others, some scheming, some hypocrite, some who want to do good but end up taking wrong decisions, some feeling guilty, some vain, some tough, some immature!

I might not remember their names (cause its tough - Chinese names!) but I can assure you I know every character in the instance. It didn't make anything boring or annoying. And each arc was added a new flavor with new characters and their future endings. I would love to know what happened to them after the end. It was uniquely done! I admire the author to be able to flesh out the characters as well as world building in such short frames.
