What I most love about this novel is comedy. Romance is okay to me sometimes sweet. But it look a little forced. Their both very intimate moments are when MC was drunk or have aphrodisiac. Yeah, MC take initiative himself toward ml. But appreciate more if its when MC is fully sober. Upto now MC loves looks like come out after checking conditions and options. Not like I have fallen with him so now he is my lover or something. But its like my parents won' t let me with... more>> girl, anyway we have first time . But their is also some evidence of his love.. As he don't get attracted to anybody but ml. Anyway its a sweet comedy story, MC obliviousness and his funny comments make it hilarious. I preety much enjoy it. I have no problem with slow pace romance and I have appreciated if it come out more naturally instead of evaluating options. Yeah MC is a little narrow minded too, which I quite didn't enjoy it like thinking man eating sweet thing is not reputable or like a woman on entertainment circle at this age and time, how can she be pure or something. <<less

For such a highest reviewed book, I was expecting a whole lot more. This was my first gender bender book and while the plot was fine and the characters had some depth, it felt still too shallow. Questions important to the plot remained unanswered and we never got the see the biggest problem being solved. Overall, a decent read.

Very cute haha And the humour is top notch. The MC as a character is pretty endearing. And his actions as a male person inside a female body so he only knows the male way of thinking while everyone else treats him as a female makes for hilarious situations. And it's always so unexpected hahaha He's so distanced from thinking of himself as a woman now, so all the common tropes don't enter his head no matter what. So funny lol I stopped here because my craving was satisfied... more>> and didn't need to read until the end.

This was so well done. The gradual acceptance of everything (including the relationship), but always, always being himself. Even to the end. Super kudos to the author for the pronouns.

Everything in this Novel like the Comedic Moments, romantic moment, The MC and ML and the side Character Is also great (I Love the MC personality)

Overall A solid Writing and easy to binge Novel

I LOVE IT!!! The romance is just exquisite, delicious, phenomenal. Honestly, I was, like all the other readers, afraid to read it because of the gender bender tag, but I persevered on because of the reviews. And let me tell you, I DO NOT regret one single bit. Sure, the guy who became a girl still had the mindset of a guy and he should have gotten used to being a girl, but HE WAS A GUY HIS WHOLE LIFE and he just suddenly turned into a girl, so his... more>> mindset can't just immediately change. So cut him some slack and continue reading it!! You'll love it. The humour and everything, the little sweet misunderstandings. One of the best books I've read in a while. <<less

If you are hesitating to read this because it's Gender-Bender, please don't. I hesitated reading it, but in the end, this is just a gem. First of all, the translation is great. There's a lot of chinese references that you can't probably understand from MTL, but is clearly explained by the translator.

This is the first cnovel I read where there's a lot of misunderstandings but it's not tiring. It's more like they think on different wavelengths most of the time and that creates a lot of comedies. But what I... more>> like is that they are both pure and honest so the misunderstandings don't create heavy drama.

This is very light read, but very enjoyable. There's no revenge. Although there's that white moonlight, she did not disrupt the MC and ML's love story. This is also the first time in a cnovel I read where the ML literally slapped his white moonlight for setting the MC with aphrodisiac. She deserves it.

It's a slow-romance, contractual marriage but it's full of fluff and comedies. Imagine the story is getting sweet and poignant from the ML's POV, then poof, instant comedy.

Su Jian said softly, “I like you a lot... ”

An Yize: “..... ”

Su Jian was still muttering, “I like you the most... ”

An Yize’s throat tightened up. He said hoarsely, “Jian Jian. Do you know what you’re saying?”

Su Jian was silent for a while. Right when An Yize suspected that he had fallen asleep, he suddenly spoke with a soft, frail, a bit coquettish yet very sincere voice:

“I know. In the past, I was the one at fault, the one at fault... Now, I’ve finally realized, ” Su Jian held onto An Yize tightly, “the one I love the most is you... ”

An Yize sat there silently and remained motionless.

The sound of his heart beating in his chest was louder than it had ever been.

He didn’t know how to describe how he felt. He could only lift his hand slowly and lightly slide his finger from the person in his embrace’s forehead to the corner of her mouth. Then, he cupped her face.

With her eyes closed, the girl obediently lay in his embrace as if she had finally found the safest place in the world.

An Yize felt his the c*ckles of his heart start to warm up.

For the past thirty years, he had been confessed to many times and confessed his love as well, but he had never experienced a feeling like this before.

He thought, so it’s like this that when a couple comes together harmoniously.

An Yize gave a light peck on the person’s forehead at his bosom, marginally tightening his arms.

The vehicles and pedestrians bustled along, except for him, calmly embracing his perfect one.

Su Jian laid in his arms, still muddle-headedly muttering, “I will listen to all your words next time... ”

Filled with gentleness, he replied with a murmur, “Mhm.”

Su Jian muttered, “I love you the most... Mom... ”

An Yize: “..... ”

The MC is so shameless, especially when she's together with the ML, but the catch is that he likes it. Eventhough it's a contractual marriage, they never act fake in front of other people most of the time.

I think Su Jian likes An Yihe but the hurdle they had to pass is that he's not ready to accept that he has to live as a girl for all his life. Thankfully, the ML is patient with her and MC was able to remove the doubts from his heart and is able to accept that he loves the ML.

ALso, if you're looking for smut, there's some here. MC was originally a healthy man who likes p*rn and after experiencing spring, he's very vigorous and adventurous. It's smutty and funny at the same time.

One of the review says it right, this has one of the best side-stories.

After they finished their meal, Su Jian laid on the bed and let An Yize hug him.

“Do you really not want to?” Su Jian lightly jabbed An Yize’s chest and sighed, “Didn’t you say you love me? I thought you would do me.”

An Yize kissed his forehead and said, “You’re too tired. Be obedient and sleep.”

The corner of Su Jian’s mouth raised.

He came here straight without stopping and was indeed tired, so he soon felt sleepy. However, before he fell into slumber, he asked dazedly, “Yize... when will you... open up... your... ”

Although his muttering was unclear due to his sleepiness, An Yize still heard it clearly. An Yize knew that Su Jian probably wanted to ask him why he wouldn’t open up his heart to Su Jian.

Nevertheless, Su Jian was too sleepy. Coupled with his memories of the things that happened, the “heart” he wanted to say became something else.

Su Jian: “Open up your... underwear... ”

An Yize: “..... ”

I absolutely love the MC. This is the first out of a few gender bender novels I've tried reading that I've actually completed and enjoyed. I've had this in my novel list for a while now and I'm so glad I tried it out before removing from my list. Theres so much fluff and funny sh*t here. Like I'm literally laughing my a** off several times a chapter. Might I also add that during the two days I've spent reading this novel I've been sounding like a squealing pig in... more>> my room.

Honestly, gender bender type is not my cup of tea. This is my first gender bender novel that I've ever read. Although the story itself is funny, I still feel that it's kind of weird. For me, perhaps it's better that in the past Su Jian is also a woman. But the story is still quite enjoyable if you're not thinking too much like me.

Oh, God. This is one of the most hilarious novels I've read, so far. It's a snickering, thigh-slapping comedy that you would not expect to fall in love with at the start. No convoluted plot nor overly dramatic encounters which, let's be honest, we are already tired of, at this point. I stayed up all night reading until Chapter 78, not caring that I had zero sleep for work the next day-- and I'm still reading right now!

I can’t believe how loud I laugh when I read this novel. Even when I don’t like gender bender genre, but this one is just so funny, and fluffy. MC personality is a little bit similar with mine, so I relate with him/her character. He/She didn’t fall in love immediately, we feel the MC’s struggle and effort when he slowly pursuit the MC to fall in love with him.

MC basically is a forever single male who died in traffic accident and his soul moved to the body of female who... more>> had same accident with him. Unfortunately the MC already married for 1 month to a super high quality male who always be a person that MC’s crush falls to. So basically he envy the ML, but now he had to live as his wife. And the novel is about their daily life and interaction between people around them. Highly recommended if you like comedic fluffy simple romance. <<less

When you actually get a decent romance body/genderswap story, that isn't just s*x or just plot being the character shout out that they're a "boy!" and the someone what of a tsundere silly romance happens, destroying the whole story, (quite typical of genderswap themed stories (particularly in Manga/Manhua/Manwha). This story takes itself on a bit more serious and emotionally depth note, which is very much too my fancy)

I'm glad that the story didn't go spiritual in the sense of 'Su Jian' and 'sister Su' was sharing the same body and everything becomes complicated and kinda uninteresting, though it does make me wonder where 'sister Su' has gone and why that Su Jian was able to enter 'sister Su' (like did she switch bodies with Su Jian and was the one to die in the hospital?), so I'm pretty glad that something where 'sister Su' did not come into the story and making difficulties in the romantic plot later on in which I was pretty worried about and would have dropped the story with in a heartbeat, to be perfectly honest, so I am pretty delighted that that didn't happen.

When 'Su Jian' finally awoken to his feelings for 'An Yize' And acted on them I got very excited in what would happen, I loved how he became aware of him, and how 'An Yize' was described In these moments, it got me feeling a bit "flustered", I would have loved there to be more of these passionate thoughts/moments coming and going in the story, wished it was a bit longer to just add these in, making more flustered bump ins with 'An Yize', and more foreplay from 'An Yize', yes please.

I do recommend people sticking to it, if you don't enjoy the internal dialog from the MC then just don't pay much attention to it! But it is quite amusing.

My first ever review on this site.

This is definitely a more light-hearted compared to other web novels I've read but that's exactly what I like about it. There aren't many too many conflicts and unnecessary misunderstandings, and if anything it's very humorous and enjoyable to read. I read this in one sitting and it made me laugh so much <3 do not hesitate to read this

I'm not really a fan of gender bender novels. And this is my first time reading one. But I'm so satisfied with the story and the fluffiness!! The genderbent MC was also realistically portrayed, I really love his character. He still refers to his self as a man after all lol. So silly and funny. I really enjoyed this one. Highly recommended!

But lol, I also think on the other hand that it wouldn't matter or change anything since ML is head over heels for him hahahaha. And he already tried to jokingly say it but ML is consistent. This is gold. Loved it to bits. Hilarious as hell. Heartwarming at times.

Don’t let the gender bender tag discourage you! It’s an amazing read! I find myself coming back just for laughs and fluff.

Awesome translator. They included links to the songs mentioned in the story. After reading this, you won’t be able to resist humming Tan te as well. Lol

Not here for the gender bender element, but for the fluff and man, there was a lot of fluff, cuteness especially in the side stories and last few chapters! I had such a huge grin on my face, couldn't stop smiling and wanting my own Yize. I would give 2-3 stars for the first 70% of the novel, while the last 30% was amazing and definitely 5 stars. I'll round up in the end because I can see myself re-reading my favourite parts! (Side-story 9-10 "interests" was really something hahaha... more>> ;)) <<less

I recently got interested into the chinese novel...... but this is short and sweet?especially a male lead really true gentlemen and MC is funny and rational thinker., I particularly don't like love at first sight and always thought when u love someone character come first before the beautiful appearence, this novel brings justification to it...i really love it.... so u should give it a try??
