This is one of my favorites Chinese translated novel that I've read under the romance genre! Maybe it's the mix of shounen ai (male preg), josei, gender bender that I love this novel so much.

Fluff! Humor! A great light read :)

I have rated this five stars and would recommend it to everyone I know except my parents haha (because of some adult parts) . This should be made into a tv drama or a movie!

The story is really funny!! Or more like the MC's manly thoughts are really funny XD the situations that should have produced results always end up in awful punch lines (which makes it so funny). The MC is really likable and the ML is a male god T.T gosh... more>> why are the cold types so popular? I like the warm types like MC better XD

What I'm glad about is that there werent much unnecessary drama (though I hate Ji Yan) and there was communication! I love how MC went from enemies - best bros - I cant live without you - I like you enough to give birth hahaha

I'm only sad because aside from his real family, no one else knows he reincarnated, even his husband! Also Ji Yan should have suffered more haha

This was a weird one. I went in expecting one kind of story, based on the tags, came out on the other side with a very sweet feeling. It's not too deep nor is it dramatic, but it really is a nice romantic story. If you are looking for a light and easy read, then read this one.

The best gender bender I have ever read, to the point where all other gender bender will forever be second to this novel. Its hilarious, well paced, angst in all the right places where its not overbearing, feels-worthy and just downright adorable.

Honestly the most enjoyable read I've had in a while. It's sweet, fluffy, spicy, and hilarious. The plot setup is a little bit standard, but the execution is handled deftly and the results are a pure joy to read. Legit snorted at some of MC's antics. The relationship development is believable and adorable.

Absolutely love - love - loveeee it!! MC will make you speechless while ML will make you want him as your man. I won't say much because you totally are missing out on a great novel if you don't read it and give it a try! (^^)

I honestly was very hesitant to read this at first. This type of genre was not my usual preference. However, my curiosity striked me and decided to give it a try. And wow, I was surprised I finished all the translated chapters in a day! ? The MC is so hilarious. His (her) naivety in being and acting a girl causes misunderstandings with the ML. The MC is funny in a good way and I can't help but actually ship him (her) together with the ML. ? The translation quality is excellent... more>> btw. So kudos to the translator. <<less

Not just my favorite gender bender of all time, but my most favorite romance story of all time.

I have read a lot of gender bender mangas and novels. But I only prefer gender bender romance to be male-to-female where the gender bended person falls for a male lead. This was so good that I went and read the raws with google translate with much difficulty (which I never do btw).

So if you need any recommendations in this category that I like, I can tell you that there is nobody who... more>> knows more than me in this world.

But you'll never find something as good as this ever in your life. Even if you don't like this genre, just the comedy alone is enough for anyone to start reading this.

The MC is just too loveable and amazing, the story plays out mostly like a common household soap opera that old ladies watch but the MC's commentary on it just makes it so amazing. The romance is SOOO good. Like, the author put so much dedication on the development. The MC being a straight guy before, falling for someone he once thought he hated, his thoughts and reactions were so real. And I just love how the ML didn't give up and kept trying to get the MC to be with him even though it was the hardest thing in the entire world, cause MC just doesn't see him as a love interest at all. On top of that the ML didn't even have a single clue about how romance worked, a lonely virg*n rich guy playing at the most hardest to get girl in the entire universe, and he won. That's amazing.

P.S. It was so funny when the MC found out s/he was pregnant. Their first time with each other might be the most convoluted first time anybody could ever have... and they still made it kinda romantic, and funny. Su Jian doesn't really make a good mother but she's the best wife a man could ever ask for. (out of the few chapters that's about after they have their children, she already made them cry twice)

The only story I immediately read when I see an update. Just can't hoard the chapters.

Others have already touched on the good points so I won't go there. Just know it's an utterly charming story.

edit: It was good. It really was, but the transition between chapter 78 and 79 was too sharp. I clicked on the back button just to be sure I hadn't skipped a chapter by accident. I did not. I lost interest right then and there. Eh.. It's good up to chapter 79 I guess.

The first few chapters are a bit plain, the usual crude chinese style of writing and the constant swearing like 'your father' gets on your nerve. But try to bear with it. It gets so much better that even a guy like who is not so into this gender bender genre thinks that the rating 4.7/5 is JUST and deserving.
