This story was surprisingly funny and heart warming for a smutty novel. The erot*c scenes were sufficiently erotic, but what caught me by surprise was how fast the author spat out jokes. The mc's inner dialogue and the various fans are hilarious!

I love the progression of the story. The pacing (except maybe the end) was great, the translation was good (with useful t/n), and the characters are adorable. The only negative I could find was that the father's character towards the end feels very different from at the beginning.

The in*est... more>> doesn't even feel that bad in this story some they're not going to have any biological children and they didn't actually grow up together as a family. <<less

Sorry if I rated this four stars. This is because the story started as good, but after I read the translated chapters and read using the raws, the story got worse. In chapters 33-36, I just don't get it.... more>>

It's like the author skipped the time in the story. So I didn't understand what really happened, and even with reading the raw, there are so many grammatical errors that make some sentences not make sense to me, even though I sometimes read using raw.

Yes, I remember Zixi runaway to another country, but we're robbed of dad Gu feeling about this situation. Where's a chapter with his inner thoughts right after finding out about MC being his son?

2. Also, if you dismiss the topic of forbidden love, the rest is just a typical example of BL about naive MC and cold CEO. Their se× scenes, despite being quite diverse, also gave me an ick, because we have another example in our hands of "I'll f√ck your soul away; I know you like it (MC's already unconscious) " ML.

As someone pointed out, the story was quite entertaining before the main characters entered into a relationship, but after that I quickly began to lose interest. My recommendation: read only if you are looking for work with this kind of relationship. <<less

I really enjoyed this novel.

in*est or not, whether a book is good or bad, depends on the author. Even a taboo relationship can be portrayed as a good one with the writing style. That was what happened here and it must have been very challenging considering the complexity of relationships. The writing was simple, yet it was able to bring this novel to a height, where a normal novel would have gone. That is praiseworthy. They are father and son, so what? It is true, if they knew they could have prevented going that far. I mean the son knew about it, but he did not expect to have s*x with his father while drunk one day. And the father did it without knowing he was his son. He did not even know that he had a son. Neither of them can be blamed here. After they took that step, it was almost a done deal. But I am pretty sure, if the father knew the real blood relationship beforehand and the son knew where his feelings were leading him, both of them would not have let this lover situation happen.

It was a pretty nice story with no angst or tragedy, and with a simple happy ending.

I actually don't mind the insesct tag, but pretty much of u must be quite uncomfortable but trust me u could just simply ignore the tag and give it a try.

Love came a bit too suddenly to me in the story but anyway thank god there was no angst, I really thought there would be nice much.

That was the reason why I was not reading for now but I was quite bored... more>> as I was not able to find aa another story.

And the smut though it was sexy as f*ck.

I won't say too much since I think other reviews have it covered, but there are a few things I want to add. This is a short, cute, and humorous story. MC is cute and lovable. ML needs therapy, LOL. Once you start reading, you'll finish it in one go. The translator did a great job cleaning up the MTL so it is easy to follow and understand.

I gave it a 5 for only one reason. Otherwise this is more of a 4 for me. There are hints of darker... more>> elements in this, but the author chose to keep it light. I also feel like maybe they intended for it to be longer because there were some loose ends that weren't tied up involving side characters.

who was that dude in L country?? Is it related to MC turning in those dudes after hs??

Or maybe that was intentional since the story is from MC's POV so we don't see what the ML does off screen. Luckily, this is such a light read that the loose ends aren't going to stay on my mind bugging me.

The smut is decent. It's still all "meat blade" and "secret hole", but it's not the worst I've seen so I wasn't appalled. The smut is also what gave it a rating boost from 4 to 5 for me.

His dad does him so intensely that he pees. Fair enough author, you get that kink in. I also liked how he started calling him daddy even before the reveal.

As for the taboo aspect, it's written in such a way that it's not any more shocking or morally wrong than say, an affair. It is definitely integral to the plot but felt more like diet in*est. <<less
