first chapter is full of exposition, and kinda confusing, like something thrown together

i managed to struggle through to chapter 30 but the forgetfulness of the author managed to stop me from going further

Earlier in the story, around like chapter 10, the hunters that took the MC in talked about ghouls being funny ppl and stuff even before meeting the MC and the author established the fact that there were ghouls living with ppl and the MC was even talking in the ghoul language with one of them, yet when she turned into a ghoul later on to save her friend shes now a monster like bro you talked to her in ghoul language before

and thats not even the dumbest thing, the dumbest thing is when the author decided to make the friend be a dumbass who knows ghouls are pretty much banned and lured in 3 pretty poweful ghouls to make the MC reveal herself... in the meantime completely retconning the plot that was established 2~3 chapters before that a black armored guy lead the ghouls to them, dialogues are messy so you have no idea whos speaking if theres more than 2 ppl so good luck trying to follow the story

the magic system doesn't make sense and the growth rate forgotten by the author who gave an actual rate per day in the early chapters btw

oh right and speaking of the growth rate, the MC growth is definitely a mess, beginning, looks like a 2~3 yrs old, after like 1yrs max, looks like a 10yrs old, the characters are seriously inconsistent as in literally everyone including the MC kept changing their personalities like what
