It's really a great novel to read.. It's a hidden gem to be uncovered and the more you read the more it's getting interesting.

This is part of the review is based on incorrect novel "the Famous Millionaire" that was posted under this title which I read to ch 33 back in 2018; as of 2020, webnovel seems to have fixed chapters and is now posting the correct novel. So I basically was reading the wrong novel xD??

The original "Fantasy" (or "Magical Realism") genre was really misleading along with the summary. Luckily read a bit to correct the genre and add tags.

This is a business, slice of life, modern day, drama story.

No MC getting revenge or second chance or cheats from what I understand, and what disappoints me because was hoping one of them would be present along with some sort of fantasy element. Like I do like business stories but misleading with the genre and summary was not a good idea.

MC is highschool graduate who ends up doing all sorts of jobs to make money after his parent's accident and his father's business failed / got his idea stolen. His current job at the woodworking shop gets accidentally burned down, and he finds a new job at like a purchasing company. MC knows nothing about his new job and learns from people/friends he helped in financially tough times.

Various newly hired employees (who have better academic achievements compared to the MC) dislike MC at the job and try to get 'ruin him'.

Rereading because apparently it is a different story, a slow-paced transmigration (?) fantasy with magic.

MC is a school boy who doesn't have a name... and he doesn't have much personality to him (if any) and basically and somehow winds up in another world where there are sorcerers with magic. In this world he ends up in, he remembers his name is Lucid. And goes on adventure curious to learn magic.

Overall I feel dissatisfied the slow-pacing, draggy style, and rather flat MC. I hope it turns out better but so far disappointed. <<less

Incredibly well crafted and thought out magic system. There's many mysteries surrounding the MC, and they're looking to be very engaging. The characterization of MC is good as well, with him having the mindset of both someone who grew up in a feudal society as well as being educated during the 21st century. I'm actively interested in where his character will go next, which isn't something that's super common in Webnovels.
