Here's the story: The protagonists are actually animals that have been experimented on and got a human form. MC doesn't remember because after running away from the organization with ML they got separated and he was traded around as a plaything until he met ML again. He misunderstood ML feelings because he called him a canary (his animal form). He got pregnant and the child had the ability to read minds (ML some how wasn't surprised but I'm confused) and MC could use that ability too during his pregnancy (it's not really mind reading because he can also speak to the ML at some point). MC was abducted by the remnants of the organisation and almost killed but was saved (a very chaotic situation) and they "lived happy ever after".
