- There's a certain charm to this story! A lot of times I can get bored reading stories (Maybe it's because I'm not in the mood to read or just something like that?) but I never got bored reading this. Every chapter was fun to read so I really enjoyed this! I got impatient and just read the whole thing on Kakaopage. I'm sad because the last chapter is chapter 178

I'm hoping the author makes side stories.

Okay into the actual story (?)

- Our MC is basically us lmao, , She reads literally every Rofan (Romance Fantasy) novel there is weather it's a hit or miss! (I feel like I'm getting called out here.. Ahem..!) Then she possesses the body of Sophia, a noble lady who's treated like a maid.

- Then MC thinks she's the Main Character of the story. Why?

because her fiance

is a handsome Northern Duke. Plus, to top it all off, they were ina contract marriage. (Kind of like a cliche, huh?)

Well anyways, it's not just because of that she thinks she's the Main Character of a Rofan novel she read in her previous life. -Since she doesn't remember which novel she went into, she just uses the clich

s of the hundreds of Rofan novels she's read!

(Would highly recommend reading this! It's a really good story!!)

• Conclusion

- It's really good story! I highly recommend reading it!!

- FL & ML interactions are cute (?) and it's very fun to watch them together.

- Sadly for me, the author doesn't have any other works published on Kakaopage

I hope they'll make more stories in the future. I'll be looking forward to their next work!

End Of my Review~!

If I were to describe FL, I would call her a pro-gamer ahaha. She’s so funny and clearly what I would call “one of us” because she is a seasoned “rofan” (romance fantasy) reader. Essentially she is isekai’d into a rofan novel and has no clue which ones but relies on her knowledge of tropes to get through. The story is very self aware.

I’ll write more as the story progresses but I like it a lot so far. Translation is fairly easy to understand so far. Small issues, but nothing... more>> that lessens enjoyment. <<less

The author does a good job in making us belive that the ML is the usual ML, not a villain. Just like the MC, we are hardcore fans of Killian and he is * chef kiss*

MC is AWESOME! She really is one of us. From her inability to know which story she fell in because she reads too much and all of them looks the same to using cliches and MC halo in her favour.

Honestly, this is the first relatable FL I've come across. Everyone's gotta agree with me here cause, like, who would remember every detail of the novels we've read? She was so real for her inferring that the ML was the OG ML and that she was the FL. Like, I'm pretty sure I would think the exact same thing. What else would you think when you see a hot northern duke and a contract marriage?

I like the MC and how she's basically like us seasoned readers. Using her knowledge of cliches and tropes of romantic fantasy she wades through her situation which is hilarious for me.

This story is quite straightforward and aware of what it's direction is so I enjoyed it.

Love this! FL is very entertaining. It has lots of cliches but very well put because the author recognizes these. I had fun reading this and it lifted my mood. Nothing much going on but the first interaction with ML exceed my expectations. Can't wait for more!

The chapter is still short, but I can say that this has its charm. I still cant really point out the characters personality, but I can say that its funny and sweet. Thats why I have great expectation for this. The translation is also great, thank you.

I'll start my review by recommending this novel, it keeps you interested even though it was your typical rofan novel, BUT without the miscommunication you usually get while reading this kind of novels (which I liked). Also, I really enjoyed the story till the end and felt good while reading it.

the FL is a fun character and straightforward without causing any misunderstandings or unnecessary conflict, and the ML is such a sweetheart! I really loved the dynamics of their relationship and their communication with each other, and it was enjoyable... more>> to watch both of them grow into the way they are now (if that makes sense?)

Lastly, I think some details fell out of the writer and didn't make sense to me while reading, such as

the FL supporting the love story of Mikhail (the crown prince) and Estelle even though she thought that Estelle was his half-sister?? And then being disgusted (which is understandable) when Ian confessed to her, which made her look like a hypocrite in some way, but that's just my opinion.

The pacing of the story is really slow, especially at the beginning, but it becomes a little bit better later on. I really like the FL, she is SO relatable and cute. Even though I hate her brother, I liked his character development. I like the chemistry between ML and FL.

Overall, this was a very lighthearted and cute story.

Definitely recommend, it's a more light hearted read but not just fluffy (it is about serial mu*ders, cover ups, and hidden conspiracies) ; extremely relatable and funny MC who I adore

My thoughts on the writing 5*: Wow. You got me good author.

This has some truly cleverly written scenes (don't want to spoil anything with details, you'll get what I mean after you read, I recommend at least read up to ch 40-50)

I love the characters (mostly) and the storyline looks similar to other rofans but it has a solid story setting and plotline (and plot twists!).

The main characters (MC and ML) are really likeable and smart, but not too OP.

The villains are smart enough that when you think about it, you would’ve actually gotten gaslighted by them tbh.

He went around bullying MC since they were children on the premise of “i’m jealous that she’s actually noble blood” but suddenly ‘saves her’ from his mother because ‘he just wanted to make her cry a little, not full on ab*se her like his mother did’ but never actually apologised to her and throughout the whole series, he didn’t actually think about what she wants, and is really rude and bratty. When he found out that she’s not actually the Count’s daughter (a.k.a, they’re not half siblings), suddenly he has a crush on her???!? Like, author, what??!? Due to his ‘crush’, he also tried to ruin MC and ML’s marriage by telling their secrets to the main villain 🤦🏻 but oh well the story ended happily because of some of his actions but he’s really unlikeable and a creep for me

It was a good read. The development of the story was okay although it kinda lacked depth as it progressed, it had potential but maybe romcom themes were just like this. When they got together, their lovey-dovey scenes and dialogue were really something else, I was kinda cringing tbh because it kinda felt awkward and exaggerated (?) but anyway they're cute!! The plot was the typical one and the only unique one is the FL, she's funny and likable, she knows how it goes and how it works.

4 stars, just because it wasn't a personal favorite: For this one, I have so few complaints that I'm not going to bother explaining much. This was quite a balanced and planned story. The Korean rofan genre generally messes up the endings, but in this one it was perfectly executed. It's too bad that I couldn't find the side stories.

ML: The ML is not a yandere. I think many people don't know the meaning of it and slap the tag whenever they read an obsessed ML. In this one, he... more>> is not violent. He is thoughtful, even though his daily life is a mess. Well...

Suddenly, *only at chapter 34, he turns into an a**hole. Even though he was concerned about her safety, a true gentleman shouldn't have acted like that to their fiancée. But this issue was a one-chapter thing, so he is still a green flag.

FL: No complaints about her character. Thanks to her, there were no annoying misunderstandings caused by miscommunication and self-sacrifice. She was the iron wall of the story.
