The notorious villain, Chi-chi Clenner, once imprisoned in Decon Prison and awaiting trial, becomes the first test subject of the government’s “Villain Rehabilitation Project.”

It is known as an initiative launched to solve the psychic-powered personnel shortage.

Out of the blue, Chi-chi is sentenced to 43,000 hours of community service in the name of rehabilitation.

“Well, better community service than rotting in that hellhole of a villain prison.”

She tries to stay optimistic, but… she’s forced to work under Den Frow, the rising-star hero she despises with every fiber of her being.

1. Work 24 hours a day with no days off until all 43,000 hours are completed.

2. Obey all commands from Den Frow.

3. Penalty points will be issued for any disruption of duties.

4. If penalty points exceed 10, punishment will be administered by mutual agreement.
