The web novel is fully translated, and it's great. You should absolutely read it.

That being said, the light novel is a thousand times better. The web novel is like an outline: a promise of what could be if written more methodically. The light novel has so much more content, and everything makes much more sense. The MC is also more cool and consistent in the light novel.

The problem is -- no one is translating this. You can't even find raws online, only images of the pages on some shady pirate... more>> sites.

I'm putting aside 20$ for the day that some beautiful bastard finally decides to translate this. In the meanwhile, you should check out the manga and the web novel. Both are pretty great.

This looks promising. I almost never rate novels but I want to support this one.

So I read up a little bit ahead and:

It's your standard completely generic harem comedy.

The only Gimmick that makes it unqiue is the situation of the love interests.

As in, his childhood friend got Ntr'd, one early love interest is a prostitute and so on.

I always despised that trope, the chick is literally forced to who*e herself out, she hates every second of it. Oh I get the idea, it's supposed to be that he does not look down on her but that is not how it comes over. Because if someone just casually doesn't care about a chick being forced to sell herself against her will then flash news, he is not a good person, he just doesn't care one bit for the chick. <<less

Honestly speaking, it's not that bad of a novel. For its purpose, a casual read of jrpg fantasy harem story, it fits the bill. It doesn't do anything that detriments the story and reading experience. But tbe problem is it doesnt do good in anything either. Everything is subpar. And it is just a wish fulfillment novel with zero goal, development, and plot. Even the MC's purpose literally is stated in writing he has notbing tk do and will just aim for a harem.

I would've gave this a 3 if... more>> there was any sense of real purpose, development, or plot. Everything is just really laid back random story telling. And these cardboard type harem novels usually devolve downhill even more later on, hence the two.
