The main character claims to be a morally good person, and attempts to act to benefit everyone he meets, except for the dumb-ass who killed him the first time,

. But I still feel like there were many cases where the MC went against this ideology by not letting others know about his situation, but maybe that is just me. Overall SSS is a very exciting and engaging novel, and the Manwha seems to be fairly faithful so far.

The novel is more than Web novel. I don't comments too much, but it is an exceptional. And, you can't judge this novel with other Light or web novel. You have to compare this novel with actual novel.

Before reading, I want to clear something. If you want an arrogant MC, revengeful MC, op MC, face slapping MC, alone MC please stay out from this novel. MC surely have a op skill, but it's not Op. He have to bear the burden of opness. And he is not also a flawless.... more>> He have characterization. And, He also can not clear the whole level alone. He need friends or comrade.

So basically the story's main theme is A tower. It can be compared with Tower of God. Okay, at first he is just a jealous and vengeful MC. Nothing more nothing less. But, before defeating the first boss he have an amazing characterization. Remember chapter 17. One of the beautiful Chapter. In this chapter we see the Boss character, they are also pitiful. They are not evil. They are just bound by the shackles. And the Demon king, though he is evil, he is also bound by the shackles. After defeating the boss, the mc's goal became different. He just want to recognise by everyone. He also wants to protect everyone, because he want to see their smile. He is also polite. But it never redeem his past wrong doing and the author also point this. Unlike other MC he is much like human.

The story is really funny and has a good plot. It's well written and translated! The MC is a bit too OP but he also relies on his own efforts, will and smarts. The beginning was a bit hasty in terms of establishing the MCs motive and the basic plot but after the first antagonist dies fairly early, the plot really picks up. The character development is great. It's definitely worth a read!

Not a bad novel even if the start is a bit rough - it's basically a completely different novel before and after the MC kills the Fire Emperor (the "original" MC of the setting who he steals the regression cheat from after getting killed - then the MC kills himself several thousand times in a row to go back in time one day at a time until he reaches a point before the Fire Emperor himself had the cheat). After that MC is never as much of a sociopath to... more>> anyone else again.

The plot is basically an excuse for the MC to go into different kinds of webnovel worlds/settings and try to solve things "perfectly" using his cheat. There's a wuxia/murim arc, a villainess arc, an arc where he faces someone who reincarnated into a fantasy world etc. It's all competently written and fun enough for a while.

The main advice I'd give to people considering reading this: if you're not into it for the comedy aspects (which are good as well) everything that is good about this novel is also kind of an inferior rehash of various themes and characters from Omniscient Reader's Viewpoint. So if you want serious drama go read that instead - then maybe come back and read this one anyway. <<less

I can give it a 4 out of 5 stars. The first chunk of it is pretty good. It's just part two which is about the last 130 or so chapters feels like a downtick in writing quality, like it's rushed or hurried it's no longer going into as much detail explaining as it did earlier in the story, I understand that part of this is for story reasons as those events happen kind of like a whirlwind being very quick but at the same time there are some bits... more>> that feel extremely vague and not on purpose. There are some bits that feel vague on purpose like where things are omitted or given at the non-congruent time and then you're reminded of them, however overall it is a very solid novel. <<less

It was a fun ride. I honestly don't know what to say, just that after floor 50 everything went by quickly. Although there were some parts that I wished were different but that's the fun of reading, not everything would go as you thought. Well it would be nice to see more of the story but I guess this is it, because the story of the su*cide hunter has now ended now that he reached the top floor of the tower and now has other responsibilities.

It's a masterpiece, but tbh I read it over such a long period many parts remain a blur while others stick out like brilliant moonlight, it feels like the plot switches form genre to genre rather nautrally. It's a story about complex characters and the one person's journey. It does a good job of letting characters breathe I suppose, and while at the end you want side stories or something, It makes sense. I suppose.

Loved, loved, loved it. This is great for a spare minute when you don't have anything else to do, so I definitely recommend this novel! The MC has flaws, and even has to challenge his perception of himself, and if he has the right to pass judgement on others. I loved how it went over the aspects of stories, of connecting to others joys, horrors, and sorrows. Its a story about connection, about growing.

For everyone saying that the romance was s*upid and unbelievable, its clear that you only suspend your disbelief for sword fights and magic battles. The romance isn't very realistic, yes, but literally everything in this novel is unrealistic? Just admit that you are sick of the villainess shoujos and move on.

Finishing, the MC has a great character growth over the whole story. His learning and growing as a person is cultivated over each challenge, and really makes one question others and how we see the world as black and white.

Al in all, it's a great read. Highly recommend. <<less

Enjoyed this until it got to the romance arc I completly skipped it and then it got good again. Lately I just skip the dialogues with women and just skim throught chapters until I see him get another power up.

4/5 Overally a enjoyable read with its bits of comedy epic fights and interesting abilties of the MC.

This novel was a 5.0/5.0 for sure before chapter 201, the writing was amazing, the world building too, the characters had a lot of depth and the author was good at describing emotions, the romance arc is one of the best romances I have ever read.

But then came that arc... That started at chapter 201, the author decided to take some decisions that he really should not have taked at the middle of the story, if that arc was the last arc of the novel there would be little to... more>> none problems, but he decided to put an arc that changed the whole genre of the novel at the middle of it, and after this arc nothing about his world building nor the characters that he created matters anymore, anything less than a god matters as much as a grain of sand in the desert for the story, so... While I do recommend reading this novel until chapter 201 with a 5.0/5.0 rate, after chapter 250 it becomes utter garbage with a 1.5/5.0 rate. <<less

Well what can I say? This story is totally gold. I love the way the author wrote this story, I love the funny moments, I "almost" cried at the saddest moments, I absolutely love the way the MC loves his significant other (and no he isn't gay (although I don't mind that) and the love in here can be said to be a hole-level-crazy-love-with-respect-and-trust-but-its-really-a-crazy-couple lol), I love how he sees the world, how we can do some deep thinking of how humanity is, I love how the author also put... more>> some real (like really real) life things in this (like how people who is hungry eat mud cookies to disguise the hunger).... This is truly gold.

Thanks for the translator who pick this up.

And this novel is really worth your time, don't be discouraged or thinking that it would be the "same novel as others" just give a try and keep reading past the point of the arc bosses scenes..... Thats when real sh*t start to happen and the plot get thicker (also recommend to read at least until the third arc (the righteous and demon section world) the author write about demon cultivatiors in a really refreshing and thoughtful way. <<less

I've read a lot of these weak to strong novels with the dungeon themes and this one is the best I've read till date the way the author writes the story, the flow and the emotion it conveys is one of the best. I really recommend this one, some may compare it to SL but honestly in my opinion this is better than SL in terms of story flow

The plot is good but from the very first chapter u can tell that mc's true nature is unlikeable. Even tho I dislike MC very much (to the point first time I read this story I quit right at the end of chapter one, this is my 2nd try) I will still read it because this time I skip through chapter 2 (which only shows more of mc's pathetic side) and read chapter 3 first and that where the plot begin to be interesting enough to hook me.

Edit: after reading... more>> more (at chapter 18) I finally found something that I can like about MC (he still has more unlikeable side than likeable side). But still the mc's cheat combo is just so broken and the penalty isn't serious enough to balance that. The cheat combo is making the story kinda boring, feel like MC is a M in a easy mode gameplay (currently I'm at chapter 50)

overall good storytelling and character motivation, with some of the most fleshed out emotional states I've ever seen in most Korean novels. Aside from this, though, little attention is paid towards aspects like world building and power scaling.

It starts very interesting but rapidly losses the special feel.. Basically or becomes like a standard Japanese adventure novel..

But maybe worth of you just find it interesting enough

Tbh I was expecting the main character to become some kind of badass like the guy hi killed at the start

But overall I found it dull, specially comparing it with the drama and intrigue showed at the start of the novel.

Honestly it may be worth another look just from the star.

I dropped it because I could be reading better stuff we'll see.
