LMAO~ I very much dig the dynamics of the characters here! MC alone together with most of the characters seem normal, but when together, their braincells deteriorates (in a funny way). I'm still on the early part of the story, but I couldn't count how many times I laughed because of how chaotic MC and the others is when together.

If you're here looking for depth in a story, don't bother with this novel. It's a waste of time. The comedy is a hit or miss, its usually a miss. The side characters are annoying and act all the same, no big differences. Same with MC, the same thing you get with most KR novels with op mcs, all boring and bland. If you can get on board with the setting and the comedy, it's worth a read. The setting is fairly ludicrous as it turns the usual absurd dangers kids face at a magic school up to 11 (although there rarely feels like much actual danger, if you're approaching this with any desire for a logical in-universe setting, you'll probably be disappointed). The MC kid is overpowered though he does face a few challenges that reveal how OP people can be outside the academy.

This novel's potential was wasted. At the beginning, the setting and the characters were all novel. The magic was fairly generic, but that was fine as long as the author knew how to utilize it to enhance the story. Yet, it wasn't. Throughout the novel, readers are given first hand accounts of how magic in various fields work, and in relation to the MC. However, there is no conflict to drive the plot forward. The comedy is often criticized as missing the mark by other reviewers and I have to say, they are correct. What I got from this novel was just filler chapter after filler with not a single good reason to continue reading. I rate this 3/5 stars because I liked where the author was initially taking the novel. However, the lack of conflict or any good comedy makes continuing this novel difficult for even the most experienced readers. <<less

It's a very decent novel with a few intriguing characters, the plot is well established but sometimes the story becomes very monotonous due to the fact that every scenario seems to always play out in the protagonist's favor. It's definitely on the better side of novels, but the other characters and students could use some fleshing out, it sometimes feels like the main character is surrounded by a bunch of NPC's, the students very rarely think outside of the box, and there's no true competition against the main character.

This story is incredibly monotonous. The comedy is repetitive. There is little plot outside of the crazy academy hijinks and the MC getting stronger. I'll probably read this when I'm bored just to see where the author decides to take the story.

The novel is funny overall. The characters that exist are also pretty great. However, the MC... just feels somehow whiny?
