Wang Family’s child bride Su Wan is a koi.

After Su Wan entered the Wang family, her future husband Wang Luosheng passed the imperial examination and the Wang family became increasingly wealthy.

But the Wang family believed that everything they had was thanks to the well-educated concubine Yang Yunyan and that the legal wife Su Wan was ignorant, clumsy, and could only bring shame to the Wang family.

Su Wan, who transmigrated to the book, was furious. She had the luck of a lucky koi but still suffered such a humiliation.

So before she married Wang Luosheng, Su Wan packed up her things and went to find Shen Lin, who treated her like a treasure in the book after she was divorced.

Wang Luosheng got rid of the ignorant child bride as he wished and made Yang Yunyan his legal wife.

However, why did his family become more and more destitute? Where were the fame and money he had in his previous life?

Wang Luosheng looked at the big house and the new shop that the once poor Shen family had bought in the city, and fell into confusion…

After reading this novel, I can see why it has a low rating despet its nice appear story.

It really has an immature and lacking writing style, it all clitch that makes you want to cover your eyes, feel goosboumps all over your body.

And very important thing is while reading you'll feel that you're not reading a novel, but a summary.

Almost 85-90 of the story was narrative, a quick narrative, and summary.

This story has a very good potintal, but was written too badly and boring!

This novel is terrible. Extremely cliché and low quality. The writing is so flat and unsatisfactory, it doesn't convey deep emotions, it doesn't pique curiosity. I wasted my time.

The novel is... nothing innovative or deep, but it's entertaining and light. I usually don't write reviews, but this story is just that- a story. It's not groundbreaking or revolutionary, and the characters are 2.5 dimensional at best. But it carries itself as a fairly lighthearted story. No fuss, no drama. The biggest complaint I have is the rushed ending, and maybe some more insight on Princess Yong'an because that sounded interesting.

The plot is cliche and simple. It’s good for mindless reading but otherwise not one I’d recommend.

I wanted to read a story with more impact about the Koi luck. But it was just something that let MC have smooth sailing while using her smarts.

There never seem to be a climax to the story. The ending also felt a bit abrupt. It felt like the author just got tired and wanted to quickly close the story. The lady chapter was definitely more a summary outline. Because it would have been a... more>> decent plot move and more satisfying if it was all written out - especially since it was hinted at earlier in the story. I guess the author didn’t want to write a whole conspiracy drama.

As in with the whole switched identity. That would easily have been several hundred chapters. With palace politics and intrigue. And lots of face slapping

The story only covers business startup and ML passing his first two exams. Honestly felt a bit perfunctory at the end.

So three stars for me. Subtracting for mediocre and rushed ending. <<less

Sweet but oh so simple novel about a lucky girl who takes her skills with her when she leaves her OG hubby’s family. Bit by bit, she improves the lives of those around her - yes, it could be luck but really, she’s just hardworking and full of good ideas. Very fast ending but the best part is all the bewildered regret from her former family. Tropy but fun.

Not very complex, face slapping satisfaction and ML and MC are intelligent. Very little romance really if any, and the story is short and quick like a first draft but its ok to pass the time

I quite like this story so far. FL is clever and ambitious. ML is reliable and honest. ML's immediate family are all good people and his extended relatives are tr*sh.

A typical poor farmers to rich business owners story. I read there are only a bit more than 80ch in this series, which means I've read about half now.

I'm curious how they will wrap things up. Longer doesn't necessarily mean better-- many similar stories draw things out over hundreds of chapters and I eventually lose interest.

The writing style is short and... more>> to the point, the same as other web novels. This writing style is fast and easy, being efficient with words instead of fluffing paragraphs with unneeded descriptions of random things. It respects your time and gives you something fun to read instead of slogging through or skimming word vomit.

The translation is good, but not perfect. It is similar quality to most stories here, with occasional misgendering or a paragraph repeated twice. Overall, not enough to impair ones enjoyment of the story, merely missing a bit of polish from the editors. <<less

It’s a very simple and relaxing read. Very minimal conflict, enemies get just desserts by their own hand, romance is very much not developed or really looked at at all beyond a few sentences and the rushed ending. A few things are tossed in at the ending that are kinda unnecessary. It feels very much like an authors first steps into the world of writing and for that I give it a 3.5/5 which we will round up for actual rating since it has some of my favorite tropes.

You can pretty much tell exactly how this story is gonna go and there really aren’t many twists or turns. Honestly, it seems as if 80% of the story is just all about the s*upid people being completely illogical s*um of society. It got kinda boring after a while. We get it, they super suck. If the author balanced it out with more interactions with her new family... more>>

it would’ve been more palatable. It’s an ok story but the author spent too much time talking about the bad people and how messy their lives are and didn’t utilize other plot potentials like suitors, lineage, friendships and etc. <<less

The plot is pretty simple and clicked but solid. The author has a basic idea of what the story was gonna be. I think it's a pretty good novel to read without going too much into depth (otherwise you will find a bunch of plotholes). Personally, in my opinion the ending was a bit rushed due to various reasons.

I feel like the FL only settled down with ML because he was the best choice and not because she loved him. There's a romance tag but there isn't much sweetness in... more>> the novel. Her being a princess was kinda random but there was foreshadowing so I feel like the author just wanted to have an excuse to use foreshadowing.

Overall, it's a good no-brainer story to read to pass the time. You can still read this even if you don't like romance since FL and ML are like business partners. <<less
