When I opened my eyes, I found myself in a game where heroes and villains prevailed. I was told I would be granted one wish if I clear the game.

Didn't expect it to be good, considering the utter generic title and synopsis; though, it's still generic with close to no surprising concepts and ideas, but, the writing is great and translation is flawless. The story is engaging, and I really want to read more. The story is fast paced, while conveying the emotions and characters concisely, immersing you. Unlike some stories that drag an interaction several chapters, describing every single day and thing unnecessary to the plot. Of course, we have tastes, so it might not be your cup... more>> of tea, and that's fine. 4.5: Recommended to read. Peace. 🖤 <<less

I am also suprised this is unexpectedly entertaining... this is one of the example cliche done right

But what I like most is MC is not a harem seeking protagonist, and despite harem tag, so far MC only has ambiguous thingy with one female so it was okay. And also I like there are male side characters that MC interact with. I really hate when suddenly male characters seem to cease to exist whenever harem tag is there. So this is a nice plot

I think the characters are boring and the early start of the generic story development makes it hard to read. The flow of the writing feels a bit weak and certain dialogues are somehow a little cringe.

However, the settings are stronger. Heroes in this world tend not to kill villains, and the laws are considerably lenient to them as well, leading to the public's poor view as the villains released from prisons commit crimes again at a high percentage. It's hinted that the politicians are in bed with them due... more>> to corruption. You have a MC who targets villains and people praising him as a "hero". Besides a transmigrator, there's also a regressor later on which makes things unpredictable.

3 stars for early start, 4 stars as things go on. <<less
