In order to avoid an arranged marriage, Shen Yin, the young miss of a prominent household, jumped into the water in protest. I feel really bad for the person Shen Yin transmigrated into. : (She was forced into marrying a man she doesn’t love, got pregnant after being drugged, and was forced to carry the baby to full term through her depression. She was made to feel evil for being depressed and forced to stay in this marriage and told to be grateful her husband wouldn’t divorce her. She harmed her baby and they still kept her around even though I feel it would’ve been a good thing for both parties... more>> to divorce. It was also mentioned that she’s a lesbian. She ended her life by drowning herself. I can’t keep reading because it’s so sad. <<less

If you ignored the org Shen Yi's fate, this story could be a sweet child raising story. However, I still felt heartache whenever I remembered about the org Shen Yi so it affected my judgment when I rate this story.

I could understand the reason why Shen Yi's parent forced her to marry ML. In the past, Shen Yi's parent was forced to have a marriage agreement with a midwife that delivered Shen Yi because of some difficulties. When Shen Yi turned 22 and was still unmarried, she had to marry the midwife's son. However, the midwife's son was a good for nothing so Shen Yi's parent married her to ML hastily.

But wasn't it enough to just marry? Why must force to her to consummate the marriage with ML? She was already mentally unstable before marriage and her parent's action only made it a lot of worse for her. And what made it even worse, she was also forced to give birth to her rapis*'s son (although ML wasn't also in a sober state at that time, it's still rap* for Shen Yi).

When she got a severe depression, everyone around her still blamed her for not knowing what's good for her. It's good that she finally got a new life in the new world after her su*cide but the one who got her suffered, her own family, didn't get any retribution. They didn't even realized that their real daughter was already dead and enjoyed the filial piety from the sensible MC. They regretted it indeed, but what's the use of it when the harm was done? The org Shen Yi was already gone and they couldn't make it up for her no matter what.

I'm not gonna sugarcoat this deplorable novel. It basically promotes homosexuality as an illness and that drugging your lesbian daughter for a business marriage against her will and letting her be pregnant AGAINST HER WILL, is perfectly fine because a transmigrator with a "normal view in life" will replace the OgFL so everything is all fine and dandy so lets not address the homophobic, toxic mindset and abusive tones because it's gonna be a happy ending for the transmigrator while the lesbian girl is dead. Disgusting.

The premise was really good but it just got boring along the way. I get that almost all of them don't have experience in relationships but come on, they are adults acting like teenagers at this point. I'm so disappointed that these seemingly impressive people are acting so idiotic when dealing with their love lives. Maybe it's the author's poor writing or some things are lost in translation, but I'm gonna have to pause this for a while and get back to it in the future (maybe).

For those who like... more>> OP characters with naive personalities, give this a read, but if you're not into misunderstandings/miscommunication, then this is not for you. <<less

It’s pretty good so far. Easy to read and I like the characters so far. It’s true that the original person had been a lesbian and suffered miserably as the other commenter has said. She had also, however, been getting scammed and tricked. It doesn’t seem like h*mophobia will be addressed, but the new body’s host is sensible, smart, and pretty bada**. I recommend it if you can overcome the start, the child is very cute and the new host treats him well. It is sad for all parties involved.... more>> I feel bad that the original person died without knowing the truth, but based on how the new Shen Yin is, I’m looking forward to see a pretty great revenge on her behalf. <<less

It starts questionable, with a lot of things that made me want to drop it. I stayed for the gossip really. The story between FL and ML is good a little sweet and it has the baby adding cuteness but thats all to it, most of the novel is slice of life but it wasnt appealing. I honestly jumped straight to the ending. Its good just until the middle of the novel then it loses its point.

i really hated the begging with the forced marriage and forced consumarion. There is not really a consecuence to the OgFL family and they admitted oppenly to being homophobic. The psychiatrist is another ick for me, how can she treat her as "cured" for wanting to have a normal live with the husband. It was terrible.

A cute slice of life novel, where she dies and takes over the body of the recently deceased wife of a CEO. She adjusts a little fast to living in the modern world, but it is just a novel. She has a lot of skills from the past that become cheats that help her succeed. It also follows the lives of her 2 friends and their romances as well.
