Bai Xiuxiu only realized at the moment of her death that the world she lived in was actually a “lucky era” novel!

In the book, she was the sharp-tongued, lazy, and selfish sister-in-law of the lucky female protagonist in the era-themed novel. She did all kinds of bad deeds.

After the female protagonist married into the family, Bai Xiuxiu constantly made things difficult for her. Because she bullied the “lucky protagonist,” she ended up “accidentally” falling into the water and dying.

Her quiet, obedient husband, whom she had always seen as useless except for following orders, suddenly went mad after her death. He became convinced that her family had caused her demise.

He launched a relentless campaign of revenge, dragging them all to hell with him, and became a widely hated villain!

Meanwhile, the female protagonist and her family overcame countless challenges from cannon fodder characters and malicious villains. Together, they worked in unity to rise step by step, building wealth and prosperity.

Her husband became a nationally renowned tycoon, and she lived a pampered life as a blissful wealthy lady.

As for Bai Xiuxiu’s unfortunate husband, he met an untimely death because he opposed the protagonist. Her two children ended up living miserable, lonely lives without anyone to care for them.

For decades, Bai Xiuxiu was inexplicably trapped as a ghost bound to her husband, unable to reincarnate. Watching everything unfold, she was furious and wished she could take physical form to kill them all!

But then, in the next moment…

She was reborn on the second day after the “lucky protagonist” married into the family!

A perfect example of a mediocre writer's novel.

The MC was unreasonably and unnecessarily OP. Moreover, the author just radomly included elements that did not really add anything to the story aside from making it more superficial.

I lost my patience when to show off her being OP, she had to princess carry an injured soldier as if she was not surrounded by supposedly capable military officers.

In conclusion, this novel is a compilation of random ideas from a less than average author which did not appeal to me.

It's enjoyable brainrot story without anything too interesting but enough faceslapping amd revenge that it's satisfying. The heroine is completely unnecessary to the story, or her powers. She practically stops being relevant or even talking by the end. It's mostly about her husband's family.

Her sons get forgotten as very side characters, her space power is practically useless, her knowledge of the future never gets used, her mother is a glorified house servant.

Aside from all of the bad things, or maybe because of this, I enjoyed it. It's like a telenovela... more>> where the plot has been lost for a few seasons but it's kind of better because of that? <<less
