The story definitely needs a good 25 chapters or so of marinating, but I'll give you a review I'm certain will still hold up then.

It's a fairly solid read, the characters are fun, and the stakes are very much low. The story seems like it'll be mainly focusing about the relationship of our two dipsh*t (I mean this affectionately) main characters.

They're both total dumbasses, and therefore perfect for each other. There is a bit of the old "can't these people just communicate!" For the whole reincarnation situation, but they act... more>> as though they have communicated in how they treat one another.

Currently they're solidly best friends already, and we're probably going to see some romance forming when they've both hit "academy" age, or whatever usually happens for this kind of setting.

Honestly I'd give this a solid 4.5/5, but we bump that up to a full 5 because people like to review bomb both gay and TS stories. (Like really, in what world is this a 1/5? Did the author run over your dog?)

I'm not affiliated with Fenrir Translations or anything, but please give a couple chapters a try (to prove I'm not lying to you of course) and give this 5 stars. There's no world where this deserves a 3.7/5, and I'm afraid of Fenrir dropping it for that reason. <<less
