actually, the males are not really the masters, its always been the females. The dynamic we see where males seems like in the upper hand is just an illusion, or like a play.

Males are arrogant and spoiled and has a bad character because:

1. all their life they were treated like pets. Not the kind of pets that is treated badly. But the kind where you are treated like a million dollar kitten. The kitten is meant to look beautiful, its meant to be spoiled and arrogant. As the owner of such an expensive and beautiful kitten, will you be angry just because the kitten will occasionally scratch and bite you?
2. they are treated like a vase, a decoration and a trophy. In the eyes of most female (in this story, the female zergs are like human male chauvinist who is very prejudiced with women!) males are spoiled, weak and brainless who's only value is reproduction and their face, if their family is wealthy and powerful, then the power behind them is also a means of support for theirselves.
3. males are very lonely, females is not empathetic and male friendships is rare because they repel each other. They are very spiritually lonely.

and the status of females in the society:

1. the era of needing male spiritual power to soothe them has passed, no need for much male companions
2. females are warlike, they dont understand emotions much.
3. females are actually the one that holds 90% of the power in the society. Almost all important positions in the society is in the hands of females.
4. females are never ab*sed in this world, in history, it was actually them who ab*sed and ens*aved
   males before.
5. most noble females actually look down on male zergs, even in the current era of peace

ALSO, LOVE IS A FOREIGN WORD HERE!1!!!! Thats why males can have countless female servants (thats just what they call it) its mostly to power up their status.
