Abandoned by the world and disgusted by humanity’s nature, Biin amassed her fortune through cryptocurrency — then retreated from civilization, seeking peace in games that let him build perfect worlds. When a mysterious angel offers her a chance to become a god in a real alternate universe, she accepts without hesitation.

Given a barren desert world and a single miraculous Nectar Spring, Biin begins not by creating heroes or kingdoms, but by cultivating life from the ground up — starting with the humble Nectar Jelly. As her ecosystem evolves, she rejects the idea of civilization altogether, believing intelligence itself to be a flaw.

While other gods race to build advanced societies and wage wars, Biin crafts an unstoppable wilderness — a living, breathing weapon designed to annihilate civilizations. In this cosmic battle of worlds, she has no intention of becoming a benevolent creator.

She will reign not as a god of men, but as the Demon King of the wild — commanding an ecosystem born to consume everything in its path.

Just to clear things up, in the beginning of the novel, the protagonist's gender is almost never mentioned until hints are dropped later hundreds of chapters in where there are hints about her past. Updated cover art of the author also confirms this that Biin has very slender skinny hands, long nails, thin arms, and long hair.

The plot centers around a battle royale of intelligent lifeforms gathered from every multiverse that are promoted to gods so that they are forced to fight and prove that their intelligent civilization is... more>> the 'true' 'correct' way of the universe. Loser gets their souls annihilated from existence, and the winner takes everything that the loser had.

Our protagonist Biin is a loner with a terrible past because of her experiencing life mostly by the evil side of human beings. She hates intelligent beings, not sapients or humanity as a whole. She believes that civilizations eventually lead to ruin because of intelligence. She belives that without intelligence, life forms would simply exist in harmony with the ecological food web. Citing humanity's evils towards environmental destruction for greed and own benefit from Earth's nature as one of the examples.

She is not a genius, she is not courageous, she is not exemplary in any way except for her knowledge and love for biology with her creations being terrible ugly, grotesque and Cthulhu appearance-like.

What I loved throughout the novel is that she constantly makes terrible mistakes because of she is not knowledgeable about war, politics, military, culture, and magical powers that lifeforms of other worlds wielded and a lot of these mistakes lead to terrible consequences for her.

Despite this, I enjoy reading her struggle because she constantly learns from her inadequacies and tries her best to elevate her world to a higher level. It makes Biin feel relatable because she feels relatively human because of this trait.

Each battle she goes through are part of the fuel for her character growth and it makes reading each chapter rewarding after a lengthy annihilation war. Very human protagonist, very flawed and realistic, constantly learning from each mistake, and steadily pushes forward with the indomitable human spirit against other Gods.

Plot

The story is very easy to follow and each rising action chapter serves as a bridgehead for a greater development eventually for the climax of the said volume/arc. Wars between gods are exciting and they are very well written to make sense. The upper tier ranks of Gods aren't pushovers and they are all geniuses of their own way which really threatens the protagonist and pushes her to make constant mistakes in order to find solutions. Some strategies are so OP that you would pull your hair out fighting against their civilization. World Sinking trait + Sea creatures that grow to bigger sizes than warships + instant win if the world sinks into the ocean + spam ocean landmass and force enemy cities to submerge underwater + spam defense and wait for enemy world to drown. The author is really creative with the mythic powers chosen by the higher ranked gods and you can really feel each character in the higher ranks as intellectual geniuses that proved themselves to be deserving of their ranks and they serve as challenging opponents for the protagonist to beat. To sum it up, it is a battle of civilizations (although the protagonist refuses to make one) and their proof that 'their justice/civilization' is the correct way for all intelligent life.

Spoiler

The organizers are not all sapients, they are a separate civilization from earth that has reached the Kardashev Scale of Type VI or more, existing beyond time and space. This omnipotent civilization is curious about which civilization is 'true' and essentially the 'correct' way that lifeforms should have developed, despite being omnipotent at this point.

Ok so, the story is about some guy who goes by the name of biin now, his backstory is practically irrelevant as of now. But what we know about him is that despite his immeasurable interest in all biology, he hates humans.

They say the strongest form of hate is indifference, I never understood how two clearly separate emotions could be described that way, until I read this. But for the sake of convenience I will call what he holds in his heart as 'hatred'.

But, no, its more accurate to say... more>> he hates sapients. So after being taken to a multi-dimensional competition to make the victor a new god...

I wonder why the sapient organisers of said competition do not fear him. But it also makes sense, who would fear a painting? no matter how grotesque it may be, it's simply two dimensional, how could that hurt you?

But to counter the previous statement, this game was made to create a being that goes beyond 'two dimensional'. But I suppose it will be to late by the time the organizers realize that. it would simply be their innate arrogance coming back to bite them. <<less
