While wandering, he meets Lehne, a genius alchemist who was also cast aside for the same reason. Together, they set out for a new land, but their journey takes an unexpected turn when they rescue a noble girl, Tsetsi.
Soon after, Minori, Ryuji’s sword-wielding stepsister, tracks him down upon learning of his exile. With her help, he gets revenge on his former party and rescues his youngest sister, Suzu, a mage. Amidst these events, Ryuji finds himself caught in a conspiracy threatening a small kingdom.
From outcast to hero, Ryuji unleashes his full enchanting abilities, turning a remote frontier into a thriving metropolis—whether he wants to or not.
