In the second arc, his girlfriend become a genius out of nowhere (who apparently didn't even have too much education and was from a very backward village). She never questioned MC Stone's gambling skills.

In the apocalypse arc, he keeps getting stronger, and no one is questioned like nobody. It was so absurd he was getting stronger and killing zombies while he was shivering to look at them just a few hours before.

I know he gave an explanation that he was a doctor, so he was scared to kill but it was kinda absurd as a doctor has to always be prepared to lose a patient if something goes wrong, but let's just say it was feasible- but in the morning, he was scared of zombies and in the afternoon, he charged alone in the shop full of zombies. There was no gradual process??

Also, he had three powers. Were side characters kids? Never suspecting or even thinking he was dangerous to have so much power??

In the arc, he was an idol; oh god, in the whole arc, it was repeating, 'he used to manipulate others, but something stimulated him. Now he dedicated himself to his career.' Sigh, I lost my bunch of brain cells.

And don't come to me saying that it's just fiction. It works differently from reality. First things first, this story was not like this from the start. Some Arcs, like in which he becomes the second male lead, are very well written, and I can really digest how he changed and the path he took.

I also liked the first Arc and third arc, so obviously, it was not that the story was only written for brainless purpose.

Okay, that's all I have to rant :P

(Also I kinda disagree with xXShiratori that it is not cliche. It is full of chinese cliche. The only thing it didn't have was classic chinese ab*se of blind love, otherwise the story is filled with cliches. From changing at birth to getting popular for just existing to MC is god who is not bad in anything 😅)
