I read this up to chapter 101 with mtl from darkmtl. Liked it a lot. 19+ chapters arent translated though, so sadge. This tricked me with the first 50ish chapters. I thought this was very wholesome cute love story. Its not, its very cray cray.

As u keep reading, u realize MC is not very sane. All im gonna say is, communism is cray cray man. Her family are essentially dictators. There is no damn freedom. She's incredibly possessive. I dont really know where the author is going with this. Its mainly from MC perspective so communism is displayed as the good thing. This is like a world where communism works, not perfect, but works. Everything is in abundance due to the gods and the people's offerings. Its just that the gods check ur talents at birth and assign u a job. No freedom to choose. If ur a f*cking idiot and talentless, ur f*cked and u become a sacrifice for the gods. MC is not very human (shes part onyebyeoli whatever that means) and doesnt understand many human feelings. So they just are ok with sacrificing people and taking peoples freedom of choice away

if u want different, here it is. This has one of the most unique concepts with the world building. Also yandere MC. Idk how a yandere story disguising itself as regular romance no harem did the romance better that most romance no harem novels on this site. Like seriously man, the romance in this book before the yandere stuff started chugging was heart pounding to me and incredibly cute. Like look at poor little @Soggyv3. He thinks this is regular cute little romance.

Cute story, as an overview: the MC is reincarnated into a novel as an entirely separate character. Very meek on the inside but on the outside she appears confident and noble. Contrary to her own belief, so far of what has been shown, she is pretty powerful and while honest, she is clueless to others' thoughts and motives. The misunderstandings are not unbearable which makes for a light enjoyable read and the dynamic between the original protag and herself is quite endearing. To clear the confusion, although the novel they are in is based around a reincarnated protag, there seems to have been a person who reincarnated into the already reincarnated protag. Overall, even with the small amount of chapters, the story is still enjoyable. <<less

10/10 would recommend this novel to any readers.

this work is comparable to "I Became the Maid of the Lout Prince", if not better. You do need to get used to the translator's way of improperly changing the POV sections though.

The novel revolves around Baek Hoyeon (our protagonist) and Han Dogeon (Male lead). The POVs will mostly change around them with occasional scenes of antagonists or other side characters' viewpoints. The first few chapters will feel slow but as you progress through the novel it will become easier to read.

I love... more>> how the author portrays the psychology of not only the main characters but also the side characters too, obviously, the reasoning and backstory have not been revealed yet for some but their actions and the way the Author phrases their speeches and performs actions just shows the character's upbringing without blurting out a single line about themselves - Although you do need to read the RAWs to fully understand how they wrote it- The amount of world-building 42 chapters have to provide is a bit small but this novel focuses more on it's casts of characters.

Feels like a typical harem story, but one where the First (main?) Girl (the MC) is a mix between the "Dumb/Clueless/Innocent Stacked Priestess" archetype, the "I have no idea how strong I am because I am a hero with a niche ability" archetype and the "I am a villain with a constant headache and I will kidnap you because your presence heals me" archetype.

It's certainly an interesting PoV to look at the story from.

I am, however, not invested enough in the budding romance. This might be a weird comment, but...... more>> It gives Omegaverse vibes. Maybe I just haven't read enough stories where the PoV character is a Beastperson.

Still, the world does seem somewhat interesting and there are some seeds of a plot.

Someone might definitely feel this is their novel. Give it a try. <<less

This is genuinely a great story. Characters have understandable emotions and flaws, and the ML (Han Dogon?) has, honestly, beautifully written development from mostly ignoring her for other “love” (if u read yk why I used quotation marks) interests to not really caring for them.

(I also really like he didn’t ever actually have romantic or s*xual feelings for them)

The protagonist, Hoyeon (? Tls a little wonky sometimes but overall super good) is actually pretty unique than one might expect in the first 10 chapters.

Although she’s a mostly static... more>> character when it comes to her personality, she has a lot of emotional development and flaws and a problem discerning her gender that I find, HONESTLY, REALLY nice to see with a gender bender story for once.

the story is not very heavy on the “oh im a boy not a girl thats weird I cant like them” which I absolutely adore as well.

tl 4.8/5 (prns change smtimes but its okay)

story 4.9/5 (beautiful mystery and good pacing)

characters 4.5/5 (some are incredibly annoying or trifling at first but some stay that way)

development 5/5 (not to fast and not too slow and characters are introduced properly and not js thrown away like ethan or gloria) <<less

This is a charming story! In summary, the main character is reincarnated into a novel but as a completely different person. While she appears poised and confident on the outside, she is actually quite timid within. Despite her own doubts, she possesses considerable strength, and although she is honest, she remains oblivious to the thoughts and intentions of those around her.
