It may sound s*upid considering the tags, but the sudden explicit content at chapter 24 took me by surprise. Before that it was a standard non-human isekai and, from the way it continues after, I expect it will follow that trend.

Ignoring the s*x, it's a fun monster isekai with the standard tropes: Normal person reincarnates as a creature inside an egg in a large forest, struggles to survive defending himself from larger beasts and hunting for food, finds out that he gains experience by eating creatures he kills, gain skills... more>> for accomplishing something related to it, and solve problems with both brute force and basic ingenuity.

One thing it's lacking so far is heart warming relationships. There are characters he can communicate with, but the relationships are adversarial or manipulative. There is potential for one to become a fun companion, but for now any positive feelings for each other are merely hinted at. <<less
