It's a potatoe chip novel: not much substance, but enjoyable and before you notice you'll binge the whole thing in one go.

The MC isn't a complex character, but she is clever and decisive, and gets into the face slapping and revenge pretty quickly after transmigrating into the host. And her face slaps are great and often hilarious because of how blunt and shameless she is about making it obvious that she just enjoys watching her enemies be miserable.

It would probably be a 3.5 rating for me, but I rounded up... more>> for three reasons:

    1. I liked that her revenge was pretty equitable. In a lot of revenge novels, sometimes the MCs go overboard and ruin people's lives even for minor things. But while the MC here doesn't let even people who indirectly harmed the original host off, the severity of the revenge is pretty equal to their wrongs... mostly because, aside from punishing the villains by retracting all the benefits they got from exploiting the OG host, her revenge often took the form of reporting their crimes to the authorities.

    2. Although there is a good looking insta-soulmate ML character in the story, he doesn't always appear in every life. So in some arcs she meets him and remarries and in others she doesn't, and remains single. And he's never an OP character who solves all her problems for her. In fact, a majority of the time he's in dire straits and she's the one saves/elevates him. For me, it's annoying when a QT MC solves the original host's issues with the help of some OP man who is instantly obsessed with her, so this was a nice change.
    3. It was extra satisfying seeing her faceslap the entitled brats who thought they could get away with screwing over their own mother just because she's their mother and would of course always forgive them and love them, even if they literally tried to kill her.
I MTL'd this to read during a flight and if you're looking for something just to pass the time, this is a good option. <<less

I honestly liked it.

Sure, is a face-slap revenge feel good novel and qt so it's not too deep. But! There are many interesting points to it. Starting with Mc's identities being "mothers in law" so even the youngest is at least mid twenties and sometimes she is even an old woman. How people need to fight for themselves and how not all family is worth forgiving. And especially, that if it's something that should be reported to the authorities it should be instead of using "it's a family matter" as... more>> a reason to sweep things under a rug.

I especially like that she doesn't meet the ML in all her lives and she doesn't mind it even if he is younger than her. They are sweet but there's pitifully little focus on romance, so it doesn't show much od his personality. She also adopts a children a lot of time which is also a good thing.

The only things I found to be a pity are knowing little about ML compared to other novels and the biggest one... all arcs are ancient setting. No modern, futuristic or fantasy. At most some martial arts but not at the point of cultivation. Honestly I'd love to see her on a modern setting but it is what it is.

I wouldn't read again, especially since I mtld it... but I do recommend. The angrier you feel at the beginning of the arcs with how shameless some people are the happier you feel later with her revenges. One thing you won't feel reading it is that the villains got away easily and that's reason enough for me to give a high rating. <<less

Nice read, finished the first arc and it was great. The face-slapping was so satisfying. The second ark also looks decent so far. The pace is good not too fast or slow. The romance is not there; though there was a male character our MC liked in the first arc, there was no romantic scene or storyline.

The only issue I have is with the translation. The translation is good but the website is designed weirdly. There is no link to the next chapter, you either go to the main chapter... more>> index or use the Novelupdate page to go to the next chapter. That wasn't very pleasant, to be frank. <<less

Its a lot of emotions.

If you like face slapping, dog-blood drama that ends with abandoning the slag man and living as independent ladies, this is the one for you.

The romance is a bit of an after thought and it is not detailed enough to offset the amount of draining energy that the conflicts in the story represent.

An okay read.

Would not recommend and would not reread either, just another time passer~

Honestly it isn't that bad But really I can't continue further even you can't after reading

'Quick Transmigration꞉ The Cannon Fodder Supporting Female Lead Couldn’t Care Less'

Sorry but the revenge is so satisfying and her talking is also satisfying with her mysterious identity that this one just seems boring now.

So recommend you to read this before my recommendation otherwise you'd immediately cut your list in half (I did)
