In the third week since her ex-boyfriend went missing, Yu Yan began to panic.

She regretted it a little—she shouldn’t have said those harsh words to him, and she definitely shouldn’t have kicked him out in the middle of the night.

He was just too clingy. She didn’t dislike it; she just wasn’t used to it yet.

But she had actually scolded him to the point of tears.

She decided to go out and look for him.

When that happened, she would break up with him in a gentler way.

However, as time passed, not only did he fail to return to normal—he became stranger and stranger.

The air around him was filled with an endless, bone-chilling gloom.
