I laughed so much while reading this hahhahaa really recommend it, the main character is really special, normally mc’s aren't funny but he was definitely the exception, I really liked the ML too I wished it was longer haha

3-4 stars because top x top was actually kinda funny

This was really good for such a short story. I almost dropped it after chapter 2, it took it a few chapters for the satire to come, but once it did, it was gold. I was reading this on my break at work, and actually laughed out loud and was smiling like an idiot.

My only real complaint, is the ending felt rushed. The 1 chapter extra and the authors note at the end helped though.

The MC and ML are fine to me, I mean I didn't absolutely love either one,... more>> and MC's personality is the type I'm not fond of in serious novels, but I didn't think the MC was as bad as some other reviewers made him out to be.

MC was forced into a screwed up situation and couldn't understand the thought process of the s*um gong or shou and his inner monologues reflected such.

the author is actually the s*um Shou who is trying to live out his fantasy and revenge on MC. MC didn't do anything wrong, the cheap Shou just has chuni syndrome even though he is in Uni

I did wish the MC was a little more loving to the ML, but his character set up was supposed to be arrogant and ridiculous. It's such a short read, I don't think many will regret reading, especially if humor is your thing. <<less

That was too dang funny...

Thinking on how those overbearing tops that are described as intelligent but act dumb for those bottoms would feel if they didn't turn off their IQ is the reason I'm into BL where the MC is the top. This is a strike on how I think they must feel inside.

I also like how MC and ML are willing and don't pretend they don't want it... and how their relationship ain't overly romantic and mushy but they are funny and trust each other.

This was so good! I never thought I would see the world hopping trope in a novel with 19 chapters, it was amazing. I loved Xiao Han (mc) and Wen Muyan (ml) they were funny and cute. I kind of wish that Wen Muyan could have topped Xiao Han because I fell like He's the top and Xiao Han is the bottom but oh well.

The beginning few chapters were pretty boring. I wasn't sure what was going on or where the plot was going. Butttt it picks up real quick.

The story isn't too memorable or too bad.

I have no idea why people find it as such a humorous story - but I agree that the plot is pretty unique. The atmosphere is great, as well as relationships. Though I couldn't tell why they fell for each other at first glance - just from comradice feeling?

A good light story for the evening reading.

Welp, I really didn't take this much on seriously as I only wanted to move my attention from a novel that I recently just dropped because of how annoying it was. I really didn't expect much of this but it was successful on averting my attention, hence, the four stars.

Still, there really ain't much romance here to see. MC just do things to his convenience with disregard. His romance with WM isn't even worth mentioning. I was confused in the beginning, I will admit. But once I realised who the main characters really were, this short novel became instantly better. Very creative!

This is a mostly comedic, lighthearted piece with a dash of romance. Perfect if you're trying to escape something you recently read (for example, a tragic novel).

Uhm... I would like to know why the MC has to follow the script. Did I miss the explanation or it is in further chapters? He has no system that forbid him. So for me 3 stars maybe it'll change once I read more?

Good:

• Comedy, it was really funny and each script was absurd but entertaining

Meh/Bad:

• The ending, made me think this novel is just a gag made by the author.

This is hilarious. A really fun take on the typical troupes in BL novels :')

Quite refreshing to read as it makes fun of the angst often experienced in romance stories and the things the protagonist does to overcome the 'script' is very amusing!
