This novel kinda fresh even though it's about transmigrating and system. MC transmigrate to several small world, solving the villain who possess remnant soul of the devil lord (ML).

it turns out that this demon is a prisoner guarded by MC in the space and time dimension. He was arrested for being insane and having uncontrollable emotions, having the desire to destroy the world that was unfair to him. It's more complicated than that if you read it.

But on the mission, because of some problem, the system that accompany the MC invaded by the ML. So, the simple task become weird because the ML know mc's target is him. MC wants to eliminate ML's level of danger, while ML who is slowly falling in love and possessive toward MC wants to have his heart, not just as a mission target. So, Here the MC and ML push and pull their feeling and the emosional me. There's some misunderstanding, but it was a good strategy to punch ML heart, because sometimes ML is kind of Bast*rd, but sometimes MC do something too much.

The story is good, but sometimes the plot make me dizzy like a paradox. And I can't eat too much push and pull drama. It's annoying me. And the last, the love described in the novel in my opinion is more towards possession and obsession. It's crazy, but it's in line with the demon character.

Give it a chance, maybe the novel suitable for you. <<less

Long story short, who can manipulate whom better? Toxic, toxic, toxic. I seriously cannot fathom this relationship. The ML is too self-centered, apathetic, hateful, and paranoid to fall in love with anyone; I felt it came out of nowhere when he started finding the MC attractive. The MC himself is extremely indifferent and biased, I absolutely see no chance of him falling for the ML. It's just so annoying reading their interaction 🙄. My entire reading experience as far can be summarize as "Ugh...".

A very enjoyable story!

Cold, serious shou x Cunning, (in fact also insecure) gong;

The MC is doing his best to complete his task (even though the path to success is a little bit off compared to usual), while the gong ends up cooperating with him (choosing MC over his obsession in each world).

... more>> I like how the world protagonists are not made out to be evil, but are genuinely nice people, and even have friendship with the main characters in some worlds.

The story overall is interesting, and as the author stated it is more focused on healing of the main characters (their past scars), instead of focusing on their relationship development and struggles throughout it.

We see how two individuals who had similarly painful past took different routes in life, but ended up meeting each other and became each other's support (though this is mostly visible at the end of the story). <<less

It's been a while since I read a quick transmigration story. I have to say that I enjoyed reading this and I hope to read this again properly translated next time.

The 1st arc really caught my attention.

The MC has a system where the ML can hear and respond to. So basically, the ML knew he is the target and because of that he interacts with the MC subtly.

The 3rd and 4th arc gets a little boring which I think because the MTL gets me confused a bit. But I managed to read it and get the gist of the story.

If I were to compare this with other QT stories, well it's definitely not the best but it has a certain appeal to it so I rated this 4.5 to 5 stars.

I really liked this novel and it didnt have much reviews from people who completed it so here is mine.

To me there are two things that matter in a novel like this: how good the arcs are and how good the ending is. As for the arcs, there are five total and I give them 8/10. Overall they were well written and interesting settings, even the arc I found less interesting I never considered skim reading, which I frequently do when bored with side plots or bad settings... more>> in these novels. The return to the original world was very satisfying, fully explaining the MC and ml's past and future, and was touching.

And for those wondering about the way the romance develops in the arcs, know that the behavior of both the MC and ML is fully explained in the finale. Overall I highly recommend, even reading many fast wear novels this was a good one. <<less

This novel have a good vibes and I think its going to end well. Even my last reading is chap8, I will eagerly wait for more updates from translator-kun.

And actually I don't know how does the star rating works? Do I just need to tap on it? I want to give 5 star but why it shows 4 and half?! 😪

The novel was very good, I really liked the MC and the ML was also quite good. It had its clichés but nothing that is not supported. I would say it was a good read. The five stars are because it kept me entertained and I liked the worlds, even though they aren't the most original either.

It's refreshing and it blew my mind, the last arc injures my soul

It's about recovery and not focusing on revenge. ML and MC are both abnormal due to their past, there's reason (at the end) as to why both of them act like that. You might feel uncomfortable or maybe dislike them (like me) in the beginning especially ML but Be patient and enjoy the ride. i also like the female lead and the protagonist here, normally both of them should be an enemy to our MC and ml..... more>> Im surprised and happy at the same time, I especially like the female lead.. She cute af

Honestly I really liked the first two worlds but after that... just really wasn’t doing it for me. The stories got darker, the ML got eviler (the first two worlds he was kind of just lame and sad, but subsequent worlds he was lame and evil lol).

I also got sick of the “emotionless mc”. Like, I would rather he gain some power back or something and gradually express more emotion. But instead he was kind of a blank, unfeeling slate the entire series. A couple of times he brushed on... more>> potentially feeling some inkling of an emotion and then... nothing.

It’s just hard to root for someone that doesn’t really care.

I’m not saying it’s terrible or anything. I’m just saying I’m not gonna reread it. <<less

This story is actually good??? Like, yes it's not the best but at least it's above average among other transmigation story.

Every mission world that MC does is also very well written, it's not too long or too short, the portion of the story in each world is also quite good.

The lack of this story itself may lie in the explanation of relationship between MC and ML before the initial plot of the story begins.

It's all because the author only wrote about 1 or 2 chapters for the whole situation...... more>> although the situation it's described quite clear in that 1 or 2 chapters, it still seems very short for me.

Not to mention there is no bonus chapter at all, which makes us unable to see their relationship after all the mission world. <<less

It's a nice concept of quick transmigration. The thing I love about this novel is MC's reaction to everything that is happening to him. He's either shock, shock, flustered, or too shock to even speak. He's not too OP and he's not that smart? Like normal smartness but has high emotional EQ.

I love the first arc; It wasn't too slow but it wasn't too fast like other QT arcs. Some QT would have MC papapa with the ML in one chapter but on the first arc, it took them time... more>> to do the do and it wasn't even dubcon! Or r*pe!

MC is so cute; I especially remember the first arc where the main quest was about a honeymoon thing, he was too shocked to even say something: What does honeymoon get to do with the main quest?

Was shock by what the ML did on MC in the first arc like I did not expect that.

The second arc is about rebellious stepson ML x MC

There are few novels that can make me smile so much by the time they end. This was one of them. I had such a big smile, it was creepy. Ahem.

The story has a very interesting plot, and instead of generic QTs which cycle through the same scenarios, this one actually had quite a lot of depth. I especially liked the fact that the original protagonists of the world were so cute and nice. There's a reason they are the protagonists, and have no clash with the MC and later,... more>> the ML.

A lot of times, I thought it was going to take the dogblooded route which included mutual torture, but to my pleasant surprise, the author managed to subvert them all and walk along a path of mutual pampering while bot being sickly sweet.

This story was the complete package, sweet, sour, spicy and sometimes salty (from my tears). I absolutely love both the MC and the ML. One thing I think is important to say is that the ML, who has been described as a great demon, is not just for show. He's a scary guy. He doesn't fall in love with MC at first sight. He's even yandere to the point that

he poisons MC and himself at the end of the first world so that they can love and die together.......

..... yeah the ML was very yandere in the first world. But dw, it was only the first world. He was pretty tame in the next few worlds..... The second arc was the fluffiest since ML was younger than the MC and always listened to him and showed 'filial piety'. The next few arcs also had the ML pampering the MC after the initial clash.

The character development is on point, and the characterisation is very consistent. This entire story requires reading comprehension and reading between the lines. It's show not tell, so it's understandable that some people might think the MC doesn't love the ML or that the ML is very forceful.

Their relationship is healthier than most of the stories I've read, even though the ML is sometimes more than a bit psychotic. However, their relationship is such that you can't blame anybody. The way MC handles ML is just so full of love, I feel like I've been forcefed dogfood everytime they are in the same frame.

It's fade to black, but there's enough spice and smut to whet your appetite. It's kinda classy, and honestly, it's not the exact details but the aftercare that melts me. (Although this story suffers from the same disease of 'overdoing it till it hurts', the MC is quite happy to 'overdo' it, even if he's pretty tsundere about it. It might feel like dubcon sometimes, but the ML has never forced the MC to do anything. If the MC struggles, the ML gives up. Although the consent is implicit, it's there. And considering the MC's personality and strength, he won't suffer at all. He just indulges the ML, sometimes more than he should.)

The ending is just..... It touched me so much. It's quiet love and companionship and sacrifice. I just loved it. 10/10 recommended. Bonus points for good translation, even though there are some places that need proofreading. (There was one chapter near the ending where the same paragraph was repeated twice, but not in the way you'd expect. It was like the translator tried (and tbh, succeeded) in rephrasing the paragraph into something that sounded better, but forgot to remove the previous paragraph that had been rephrased. So I didn't mind it, and it was also interesting to see.) <<less

HOW RARE IS THAT??? I HAVE NEVER SEEN ANYTHING LIKE THIS!!!

The ML is both the System AND the Target and the Fact the Target ML CAN SEE the System Panel and Interact to MC LIKE A SYSTEM. Thought what he can see was Limited.

The 1st chapter would explain it, but if you get confused I will explain the simple way:

System = an Intellectual Computer that happen to be binded to the Main Body of ML. Simple explanation is; it's like a Genius Computer (probably AI but not the sentient type) that should have given to MC, but accidentally given to ML, but still linked to MC.

Target = Fragments of ML, so they all can see the Panel System and use it within limit and can talk to MC. BUT the one who give Missions, Information and all is THE MAIN BODY. And of course they don't know they all just a soul fragments from a Someone.

It was ABSOLUTELY ONE OF WELL WRITTEN QT NOVEL EVER!!! No need for Faceslapping to be so good. Great MC. Absolutely Enjoyable ML. And even the supposed Protagonists in many different world all are Likable and Very Good! Each arcs has has pretty good plot. Everything Coexisting nicely. I already mentioned before what make this novel even more Unique, and it was still solid! And our ML, even if at first he was like usual common theme of Pe*vert Yandere Gong ML, in this novel, he feels so much more! More Emotional, and his characteristic was also Solid! He's good even with all his flaws, so it make sense why MC could and does growing to love him. Anyway this Novel is ABSOLUTELY GOOD and TOTALLY WORTH IT!!! I LOVE IT FOREVER FOR ETERNITY AND BEYOND!!!

It's a good story that made me feel bittersweet for finishing it.

Definitely recommend if you're looking for something light and funny. It does have times where it kind of gets serious but it's still a happy story overall.

Quite disappointed by this one, so I couldn't finish it.

While it was great and interesting at first, it really starts to drag around the 3rd jump. I couldn't read further than that.

The first world felt the most complete. 2nd was good as well, it was fun to have their dynamic switched up (ML being the younger and more tsuntsun). But in the 3rd world... man I got really bored and frustrated. The side characters are much less developped than in previous world. ML has a sister and she barely has... more>> anything to do with the story. She's just here so the ML can have his lil wake-up call. The rest of the cast was rushed. Both MC and ML were just acting like douchebags (more than usual), but the MC especially. I mean, the ML had the excuse of being a literal alien creature, so ofc he had troubles understand human emotions. And while the MC seemed to understand that, he still acted like a total dickwad towards him by playing with his feelings. Always running away, 'I dont like u' etc. Give me a break. I get it, he was also angry that the ML wasn't acting as loving as his last "copies", but it was really difficult for me to be on his side. Frankly, end of world 3 is when I just stopped caring about the story. It's just... MC was just way too mean and s*upid in that one and I just couldn't keep reading.

The plot revolves entirely around the two, and I don't even care about them. So I didn't see the point in reading more. And it's not like the couple is anything special. One is your typical cold top and the other is dead inside and we don't even know if he genuinely care about the other. It shouldn't be the case after 60 chapters and multiple lifetimes spent with ML. It feels like he just goes with the flow, choosing the "peaceful" route just because it's less of a headache.

He might get better later in the story, but it's been 66 chapters now and MC is boring and barely seems to care about the ML. Well, he does, slightly, but I can't really believe he loves the other when nothing is given to me. Even a few crumbs would be fine. But he acts more like an annoyed ex than a lover. I shouldn't have to rely on wishful thinking, the text should show he cares about the man. But there's nothing. Sure he stroked his little meat sausage a few times and seems to recognize his eyes but that's pretty much it. After that it's good old' "you annoy me, I annoy you, we bang and live together til we grow old despite having no chemistry". Rince and repeat. Just boring.

Basically... it's hard to root for the two. I felt like the author thought "oh they're fated, see?" should be enough for us to believe they're in love and nothing else is needed. But they don't even act like they love each other. They bicker, they mock and annoy each other. They have intimated moments that come out of nowhere and feel very bland and rushed. Then, we all the drama is over and we can finally expect to see some lovey-dovey moments... It's SKIPPED! just "and they loved to gether for 50 years, next!" What a joke. <<less

First arc ending had me obsessed. The yandere vibes are strong with this one, but in a way that's also very sweet. Honestly that's how I knew I would love the rest of this.

Basic plot of each world is MC gets transmigrated into a cannon fodder who has just died, and then is given the mission to disrupt the villain (ML) 's plans, but unfortunately ML takes over the system in MC's head and the plot spirals a bit out of the normal route.

There's actually not that many arcs for... more>> a QT novel which is sad, but the quality is definitely up there for every arc. It also makes sense for there to be less arcs considering how MC remembers each time, and the premise sort of requires him not to start off an arc already in love with ML.

Took some notes on each arc:

Arc 1 - Ch 1 - Cold CEO with a f*cked up family, arranged marriage, modern, business

Pretty basic storyline, but entertaining and a overall good introduction to the QT plot.

Arc 2 - Ch26 -... Stepson HAHAHA, arranged marriage with ML's dad, modern, school life

The dynamic here honestly wasn't as problematic as it sounds given there's not really much of an age gap (discounting the fact that MC is mentally god knows how old) and ML is the one to pursue.

A very small amount of mystery gets introduced in the real circumstances behind the MC and ML in the real world, and the reason behind the worlds.

Arc 3 - Ch 47 - Alien king, shapeshifters, interstellar, royalty

Got ourselves the most villainous of villains yet in this one, with even less emotional intelligence than the previous two versions of the ML somehow.

More clues into their history.

Arc 4 - Ch 66 - Prince, arranged marriage substitution, ancient world, royalty

Literally the funniest arc yet, the first meeting had me laughing the entire time. ML gets more aggressive every arc somehow.

The confirmation bias is strong with the hidden identity in this one, but honestly necessary given how knowing ML's identity at this point would probably shorten the plot at this point.

Arc 5 - Ch 90 - Demonic cultivator, xianxia, master-disciple

Since MC has now experienced four worlds with ML and probably is attached at this point, author throws us the "emotionless" cultivation path to keep the plot going lol.

Honestly though, MC experienced a whole lot of emotions for a supposedly emotionless person, so not sure where the author was going with that one. Kind of felt like he would have feelings when it was convenient and then they would turn off when it wasn't. A little disorienting to say the least.

Original World - Ch 111

Only two chapters, so the ending felt a bit abrupt for me, but there's a lot packed in here. Some unanswered questions for me but nothing too glaring. Overall not a disappointing ending, as I feel it can really go either way with QT novels, but honestly it bumps my rating down from perfection.

it was a very good story overall.

I enjoyed it very much, even though I skipped some chapters but it was good.

I loved the arcs, so cute and yet very fulfilling.

I loved the ML and MC's interactions.

Nice story, highly recommend, give it a go and see whether it's upto ur tastes.

I absolutely love this!

I love QTs and the idea behind (otp all throughout every world). And I also love the villain or canon fodder MCs!! So this is a total win for me!

There are plot holes, not sure if it's due to translation or the original text, but negligible (for me) as I still got to enjoy the story

Love this story! The arcs are so unique, and the characters very well thought out. The MC is cold, rational, but soft on the inside. The ML is crazy and overbearing and also soft for the MC. The one downside of this story is the "reality" arc. It ties everything together, but don't expect anything mind-blowing. It felt a bit rushed and not nearly as fleshed out as the rest of the novel.

The other really confusing part of this story is what the systems were, how much the ML could... more>> see it control then, and so on. Sometimes, it felt like the ML had a lot of control and knowledge from the system (able to see the background, back story, tasks, give missions, communicate with the Mc) and sometimes it felt like the ML had very little information from the system other than the communication and back story. I chalked it up as a quirk of this story the author didn't think through properly and called it a day. Also, the main system was very confusing. It seems like the ML in reality had control over it, but in the last 2 chapters, that didn't seem possible given their back story? Anyways, the systems were over all very confusing.

Those negatives out of the way, I found myself enjoying all the arcs immensely. The ML is always crazy, and the relationship would likely be one of those toxic, doomed-to-fail ones where the ML is saved by love if this was real life. But in this story, love really does help heal everything, and the author shows that revenge is not necessary, and that an all-win situation is even better than the original ending. I like how the arcs don't always end with long life of love - in many of these arcs, even a medium life of love is already a wonderful success. Sometimes, excessive happiness just becomes boring - much more realistic and interesting to have a medium amount of happiness. <<less

MC is the typical emotionally stunted, with a (slightly broken in a bad way) golden finger. I am probably judging too quickly but it’s hard to be invested in the plot when MC seems to be progressing his missions out of sheer luck.
