I started reading because of the girl on the cover and ended up surprised how much I enjoyed the story and characters.

Story starts with MC reincarnating into a game 300 years before the main story line and deciding to become a witch in order to live long enough to see the game story. This is immediately followed by a 100 years time skip to now witch MC with an apprentice and this is the time frame the novel revolves around right now.

For me, characters are the strongest point in this novel, each having their own motivation, strengths and struggles. MC is great, she's a complex character that grows emotionally from her relationship with others, thanks to her relationship with her apprentice she ends reflecting on her relationship with her teacher/mother and more. Each character makes mistakes and ends up learning from them which is always a good sight.

• • Story

Story revolves around the characters, with sights of the dangers from the game main story looming somewhere at the horizon.

• • World Building

World Building is mostly standard medieval fantasy, however the lore about the witches and their curses is kinda interesting, although it was just introduced and not really explored yet.

• • Romance

There is romance tag on this novel, however surprisingly this tag isn't actually about MC, at least at this point, it's about her apprentice, which was unexpected, but makes sense considering the description.

• • Critique

Right now, I can't really think of anything that I really disliked while reading it, but it's still early with just 50 chapters in, so I might end up editing this section at some point in the future if I find anything negative to say.

Overall, I would recommend giving this novel a try.

Refreshing story. Agree with what drewienkopl said. Strong MC, and the storty has the MC, but also develops with her daughter as well. So its a family dynamic stroy, but later has an arc with the main character on her own. The romance is more about other characters, as the MC likes to see love stories progress.
