I find this novel to be a tad homophobic. I've mtl to ch 40. This might be the spoiler, but I also don't think so because it doesn't contribute to the plot at all.

There this random male zerg character that doesn't contribute anything to the plot. He's just a playboy bis*xual that also sleeps with another male zerg character on the side. He is just there to demonstrate how hardcore the zerg government is about every male zerg is to birth a new generation. The two male zerg... more>> get separate, move to separate planets and given more female zerg. They have no screen time at all except for demonstrating how reproduction is super important. We don't hear about there ending through gossip.

The plot is also random. From school day to plant culturing to vacation/mecha to survival to pregnancy to mecha virtual reality and mad sciencist. The pacing, flow and transitions are bad because of the constant changes. <<less
